Abstract

Hasil belajar sesuatu yang dapat dicapai oleh siswa berupa perubahan tingkah laku seperti, pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan setelah siswa menyelesaikan suatu pembelajaran. Membuat Pola disajikan secara teoritis dan praktik dengan penilaian kelas sistem ketuntasan belajar berdasarkan kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM). Metode konvensional merupakan suatu proses pelaksanaan yang diiringi dengan penjelasan yaitu secara lisan atau ceramah. Minat belajar siswa akan tumbuh apabila proses pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara bervariasi, antara lain dengan menggunakan jigsaw. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui adakah perbedaan hasil belajar membuat pola menggunakan metode konvensional dan jigsaw di SMK negeri 3 magelang, (2) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar membuat pola menggunakan metode konvensional dan jigsaw di SMK negeri 3 magelang.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre-test-Post-test Control Group Design dan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan t-test. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Tata Busana di SMK Negeri 3 magelang yang terdiri dari 3 kelas yang berjumlah 109 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling dengan alat pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah metode tes kognitif dan tes psikomotorik dan observasi aktifitas belajar. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan uji-t.AbstractResults of learning something that can be achieved by students in the form of changes in behavior, such as knowledge, attitudes, skills after students complete a lesson. Pattern making is presented theoretically and classroom assessment practices with mastery learning system based on minimum completeness criteria (KKM). The conventional method is an implementation process that is accompanied by verbal explanations or lectures. Student interest will grow if the learning process is carried out varies, such as by using a jigsaw. The purpose of this study, namely: (1) To know is there any difference in learning outcomes make patterns using conventional methods and jigsaw in 3 magelang SMK, (2) to determine how much difference learning outcomes make patterns using conventional methods and jigsaw in SMK 3 magelang.This research research design using pre-test-post-test control group design and to test the hypothesis using a t-test. The study population was all students of class XI dressmaking Skills Program at SMK Negeri 3 Magelang which consists of 3 classes totaling 109 students. Sampling technique is simple random sampling with a data collection tool used method of testing cognitive and psychomotor tests and observation learning activities. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using t-test.

Abstract

This research examined Indonesian civil servants' work behavior using social media interactions. A hermeneutic approach was used to ascertain the meaning of an individual’s actions using text in social media interactions. The results showed that the work behavior of Indonesian civil servants tends to be negative and is primarily due to the unequal distribution of workload. First, this study uses a collection of data obtained from Twitter. Second, the data taken is selected based on the topic of work behavior. This research implies that work behavior needs to be monitored and managed appropriately to enhance public sector organizations' achievement and keep employees in proper conditions. Furthermore, work behavior management can be improved by evenly distributing the workload among employees. Negative work behavior leads to decreased employee performance, which causes dissatisfaction in public services. Work behavior analysis using social media interactions in the public sector is a new theme that needs to be explored in public administration practice. This is a critical topic of research as it can affect the achievements of an organization due to the support of rapid technological developments.
