Abstract

Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang didirikannya Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkajene Kepulauan (PPNP) karena dua faktor yaitu adanya instruksi atau keputusan Pemerintah Pusat melalui Kemendikbud menunjuk Unhas untuk membentuk Politeknik Pertanian dan medan Kab. Pangkep yang cocok dengan bidang keilmuan yang dikaji oleh Politeknik Pertanian. Sehingga PPNP berdiri pada tahun 1987 dengan nama Politeknik Pertanian Universitas Hasanuddin. Perubahan yang terjadi yaitu pada tahun 1990 perguruan tinggi  ini berdiri sendiri dengan nama “Politeknik Pertanian Negeri Pangkajene Kepulauan”. Perubahan sehingga berdiri sendiri karena adanya instruksi lanjutan terkait Politeknik di seluruh Indonesia tidak lagi berada di bawah naungan Universitas melainkan perguruan yang berdiri sendiri. Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kehadiran PPNP ini menyasar dalam berbagai bidang selain pendidikan juga berdampak dalam bidang sosial dan ekonomi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu latar belakang didirikannya Politeknik Pertanian di Kab. Pangkep yaitu karena instruksi Pemerintah Pusat dalam hal ini Kemendikbud serta kecocokan medan antara objek kajian dengan Kab. Pangkep, perubahan Politeknik Pertanian Pangkep dari bagian Unhas menjadi perguruan tinggi yang berdiri sendiri pada tahun 1990 terakhir dampak yang ditimbulkan dari PPNP ini yaitu dampak dibidang pendidikan, ekonomi dan social AbstractThe results of this study indicate that the background to the establishment of the Pangkajene Islands State Agricultural Polytechnic (PPNP) was due to two factors, namely an instruction or decision by the Central Government through the Ministry of Education and Culture to appoint Unhas to form the Agricultural Polytechnic and Medan Kab. Pangkep that matches the scientific field studied by the Agricultural Polytechnic. So PPNP was established in 1987 under the name Hasanuddin University Agricultural Polytechnic. The change that occurred was that in 1990 this college stood alone under the name "Pangkajene Islands State Agricultural Polytechnic". Changes so that it stands alone because there is further instruction related to Polytechnics throughout Indonesia are no longer under the auspices of the University but rather stand-alone colleges. The impact arising from the presence of PPNP is targeted in various fields besides education, it also has an impact in the social and economic fields. The conclusion of this study is the background to the establishment of the Agricultural Polytechnic in Kab. Pangkep is due to instructions from the Central Government, in this case the Ministry of Education and Culture and the suitability of the terrain between the object of study and Kab. Abstract

The results of research on the civil aspect of cases of bullying against children at educational institutions can be concluded that the practice of bullying still often occurs in educational institutions, for example at Mangkura V Elementary School, where students at the elementary school still carry out bullying behavior, although based on the results of bullying interviews. what is done is still at the level of verbal and non-verbal bullying. Therefore, the settlement efforts are carried out using a persuasive way, even though it has not injured the victim, it is better if there is still bullying, civil efforts can be taken both through lawsuits and non-litigation channels, especially if what happened was physically harming the victim, then a request for damages incurred experienced by the victim can be done, considering this phenomenon occurs in an environment that involves minors.
