Abstract

In the era of globalization, competition between companies is getting tougher. So that it can survive and make the company superior, the company must have the strength to be able to develop and experience challenges, familiarize its strategy with the changes that have been made so that it can always survive. Many aspects ensure the success of a company in experiencing such competition. Companies must be able to develop human resources who are able to master technology quickly against existing changes. Basically, human resources are one of the main key factors in global competition which shows that human resources must be considered in all their needs on how to create and manage human resources to be qualified, have skills and be highly competitive in global competition to achieve company goals. Prasetyo, 2018). In connection with the above circumstances, the role and contribution of employees to the company will ensure the survival of the company. The role and contribution is by showing maximum performance so that it will be able to support the company's excellence in competition with other similar companies.
