Abstrak: DBD merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Dengue melalui nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Berdasarkan laporan Puskesmas Bojonegoro, pada tahun 2021 hingga awal 2022 terdapat 13 kasus DBD pada Desa Sukorejo (5 orang meninggal dunia). Salah satu program pemerintah untuk menanggulangi tingginya kasus DBD adalah melalui program PSN dan 3M Plus. Untuk mendukung program tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yaitu GEMA DARLING (Gerakan Masyarakat Sadar Lingkungan) dan GEMA PETIK (Gerakan Satu Mandiri Pemantauan Jentik) yang bertujuan untuk mengajak masyarakat turut serta menekan jumlah kasus DBD di tingkat desa. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada 20 orang yang tergabung dalam kelompok dasawisma Desa Sukorejo. Berdasarkan lembar presensi, 80% peserta telah mengikuti kegiatan GEMA DARLING, sedangkan berdasarkan observasi, 40% peserta aktif melakukan tanya jawab dan 60% peserta telah mempraktikkan penanaman tanaman kayu putih sebagai tanaman anti nyamuk. Berdasarkan observasi pada kegiatan GEMA PETIK, 60% rumah telah memiliki satu rumah satu jumantik, 60% jumantik dapat mempraktikkan pemantauan jentik secara berkala, dan 40% kader penanggungjawab dapat mempraktikkan monitoring jentik.Abstract: DHF is an infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus through the Aedes aegypti mosquito. This activity was carried out with 20 people who are members of the dasawisma group in Sukorejo Village. Based on the attendance sheet, 80% of the participants had participated in the GEMA DARLING activity, while based on observations, 40% of the participants were active in conducting questions and answers and 60% of the participants had practiced planting eucalyptus as an anti-mosquito plant. Based on observations on GEMA PETIK activities, 60% of households already have one jumantik house, 60% of jumantik can practice periodic larva monitoring, and 40% of responsible cadres can practice larva monitoring.
