Abstract

The Indonesian nation is entering an era of globalization that has affected human life. With the advancement of science and technology has a profound impact on human life in various aspects, ranging from dress code, moral slumps, lack of awareness and practice of the nation's generation, namely the younger generation of the values ​​of the teachings of Islam in daily life. Religious programs in the world of education, especially in Indonesia, especially in the madrasa environment is not something new. Therefore, schools must instill religious values ​​in schools through various activities such as extracurricular activities that can support religious programs. The formulation of the problem in this study is How is the development of religious programs through 7th grade extracurricular activities at Al - Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng Banyumas Regency? This study aims to provide an overview of the development of religious programs through extracurricular activities in MTs Al - Ikhsan Beji, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency, especially for class VII. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation and documentation techniques. Researcher's data analysis technique uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion dra.The results of the study showed that the development of religious programs through extracurricular activities in MTs Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng Banyumas Regency contained extracurricular hadroh, calligraphy, MTQ and BTA. In addition, there are other activities such as midday prayers and reading Asmaul Husna before the students start the lesson. With this program it is expected to support religious programs, especially extracurricular activities in this madrasa.

Abstract

This study examines several children's songs by Pak Kasur regarding aspects of independent character for early childhood. The purpose of this study was to find and describe the value of independent characters contained in the lyrics of children's songs by Pak Kasur, and to find out how to teach singing Pak Kasur's songs as independent character development in early childhood. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the type of library research. The researcher examines and analyzes the contents of the lyrics of several children's songs by Pak Kasur as a source of data related to aspects of the independent character of early childhood. The results of this study indicate that the cultivation of independent character values ​​for early childhood can be done through the media of children's songs, in this case the songs by Pak Kasur. The results of the implementation of the introduction of Pak Kasur's children's songs can be seen from the children's ability to serve their own needs.

Abstract

Teacher competence is an important aspect in the implementation of education in schools or madrasas. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how the professional competency management of Al-Quran Hadith teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng. This research is qualitative with the results of the study namely the Qur'an Hadith subject technically the implementation of the teacher entering the class conveys material using the Hadith story model about maintaining/restraining lust or anger by linking life in the community around us an example when the teacher delivers material about Hifdun Nafs (maintaining lust) then it is also exemplified about children who like to be insulted by bad names by their friends, but the child who is insulted is not provoked or angry. For the 11th grade learning model, first the students and the teacher enter and then pray together, then the teacher opens with a greeting after that the teacher appoints one of the student groups to present the results of the group discussion which at the previous meeting had already been formed.

Abstract

Competence for several professions is an important requirement in carrying out the framework and goals of the organization. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the management of the professional competence of the Aqidah Akhlak teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng. This research is qualitative with the results of the study namely in the implementation of Islamic Religious Education teacher competency management for developing the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng, namely for the Aqidah Akhlak subject when in class 10 the teacher explained Aqidah Akhlak and Fiqh material, after explaining the material then opened a question and answer session, after that there was a clarification from the teacher. For the 11th grade learning model, first the students and the teacher enter and then pray together, then the teacher opens with a greeting after that the teacher appoints one of the student groups to present the results of the group discussion which at the previous meeting had already been formed. Of the 35 students who have made discussion groups into 7 groups with each group there are approximately 5 students. In each one group of 5 students the tasks were divided to facilitate the discussion including for each task, namely there was a moderator, note taker, and presenter. After presenting the results of the discussion, a question and answer session was opened with several models of questions.

Abstract

Competence is an ability to carry out a job that is based on skills and knowledge and is supported by the work attitude required by the job. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the personality competency management of Al-Quran Hadith teachers at MAN 1 Banyumas. This research is qualitative with research results namely the development of the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas including after the material is discussed per sub-chapter once chapter I is finished discussing until the UTS or PTS activities are completed then they are billed for memorizing Hadith and Surahs in Juz Ama adjusted with chapters discussed in thematic models, for example in grade 10 on the last theme, namely: Humans as caliphs fil ard and grade 11 with the theme: Life is blessed by respecting parents and teachers and in grade 12 with the theme: Love to support the poor. After the two chapters have been studied, an assessment is carried out through repetition activities with a total of 10 questions taken from the LKS, then followed by a final semester exam / PAS (End of Semester Assessment) in odd semesters and then a final exam for even semester or with a new term is called with PAT (Year End Assessment). While the evaluation is carried out by the head of the madrasa to teachers through scheduled supervision activities for each teacher. In each new academic year, at least twice the principal supervises the teacher, namely in the middle of the odd semester and the middle of the even semester.

Abstract

Good learning is in accordance with the characteristics of students and optimal use of the learning environment. The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the strategies of fiqh teachers in developing personality competencies at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng. This research is a qualitative research with the results of the research that so far the fiqh subject has only taken part once because there was another fiqh teacher who represented it while the Aqidah ahlak subject who took part in the MGMP was a representative of another teacher. The purpose of the MGMP activities is to improve the quality/quality of education, because one of the components in educational institutions is the teacher, a teacher must be able to improve human resources through various program activities that support the quality of education, one of which is as mentioned above, namely participating in the Subject Teacher Consultation activities ( MGMP). By participating in the MGMP, you will increase your insight skills in carrying out your duties and role as a teacher

Abstract

The main goal of education is to create the next generation who are intelligent and have a cultured national character. Despite facing formidable challenges, education is a shared responsibility that involves all elements of society, not just teachers. In the context of a pandemic, there is a silver lining in encouraging a movement so that everyone can become teachers for children, so that the education process continues despite facing various obstacles. In this case, it is important to choose the best people who can be involved in teaching and guiding children (Oktavia et al, 2021). In the context of developing the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Ikhsan Beji Kedungbanteng, competency management for Islamic Religion education teachers plays an important role. The steps taken in planning teacher competency management include several things. First, teachers make syllabus, lesson plans, Prota, and Promissory notes as a guide in planning lessons. In addition, they also use a question bank that contains various types of exams to test students' understanding. Teachers also utilize subject books from the Ministry of Religion and triad publishers, and create book modules based on the results of subject teacher deliberations. In addition, teachers also actively participate in Subject Teacher Consultations with State Madrasah Aliyah in Banyumas district, as well as participate in training to improve competence in implementing the curriculum. By carrying out these steps, it is expected that the quality of learning in the madrasah can continue to develop and have a positive impact on student development. In conclusion, learning in Islamic cultural history material, students are given the task of studying the next sub-chapter by using Student Worksheets (LKS) and book packages. While waiting for their turn, students can study independently by studying questions on LKS and book packages. Furthermore, students who have finished or have not been called for oral exams are still directed to continue studying by using book packages and worksheets. Thus, students can study independently and continue to improve their understanding of Islamic cultural history material.
