Abstract

So far, diagnosing on candidiasis has still been limited in standard blood culture. The traditional method of this microbiology culture is less sensitive, many patients with candidasis infection have negative blood culture, and need a long time. This case encourage many researchers to use another alternative methode to diagnose. The purpose of this research is to examine the potency of Candida albicans protein extract as bioreseptor on immunocencor to  detect  Candida albicans and its biofilm in the blood of candidiasis patients. The research method which is used is descriptive with the following steps : (1) isolating enzim from the liquid of digestive gland of snail (Achatina fulica); (2) extraction of protein candida albicans  through  enzimatis and mechanic methods and (3) Analyzing the protein extract as bioreseptor through immunodot assay. The research result shows that the snail enzyme has the protein content 1.35 mg/ml and the specific activity 1.96 unit/mg. This snail enzyme can hydrolyze  the cell wall of Candidia albicans  and, with the help oh sonication, produce extract of planktonic extracel protein (PEP) and biofilm (PEB), extract of planktonic intracell protein (PIP), and biofilm (PIB), with each protein content 1.44; 1.29; 1.29 and 1.21 mg/ml. The characeristic of biofilm intracell protein (PIB) is antigenic on antibody anti-candida (positive control) with giving red spot on immunodot assay. Immunodot assay can distinguish negative control serum (health man) and positive Candidiasis control by using antigen 1 ng/nl and 50nl serum.

Abstract

The presentation of the lyrics in a song is a form of communication that requires meaning, through the massive lyrics of a song composed entitled "Aisyah Wife Rasulullah" which is discussed interestingly to be discussed in the realm of the meaning of the text, the context and the discourse. Through Teun A. Van Dijk's discourse analysis, a certain condition can also be understood as an injustice process, in which to expose the injustice it is done in 3 ways, namely by text analysis, context analysis and social discourse analysis. The importance of understanding a text with this discourse analysis is able to open a broader paradigm of problems in human life, especially the concept of injustice. As in the phenomenon of the song "Aisyah wife of the Prophet Muhammad" which produces a social discourse that women are righteous physically and who always accompany their husbands. This is said to be injustice in religion which has discussed the relationship between partners, as well as `` the measure of happiness in the household is not measured by women's physicality, as the concept of shalihah according to religion. So, the focus of this research is only to expose the injustices that occur in the text and the context of the discourse about the meaning of "shalihah" in the lyrics of "Aisyah, the wife of the Prophet".

Abstract

Subjectivity of meaning can’t be separated from human, for example the case of hijab. This research used quantitative method with semiotic approach. It also used Roland Barthes' semiotics with his 3 buildings (denotative, connotative and myth debunking) of QS. Al-Ahzab: 59, and connotative activities that dissolve in social practices in society. The results of this research indicated that the existence of the use of the headscarf and the leaning of the meaning of the headscarf as a standardization of women's religiosity was a myth, and become an ideology when it justified the meaning and blames other meanings. The meaning of shalihah women is women who wears hijab, or the longer the veil, the more shalihah she is. It is contrary to the goal of Islam as the basis for da'wah that always puts forward goodness and avoids badness (jalbul mashalih-dar'ul mafasid); do not force and preach well (amar ma'ruf nahy munkar bil ma'ruf).

Abstract

The current era of disruption makes it easier for humans to convey and receive new information, especially about religion. However, in fact there are still some people who shut themselves off to convey the goodness that they know. Seeing this condition and the massive radicalization that has occurred in the internet media, a solution is needed to answer it. This article, which is a qualitative type of research with literature study through a content analysis approach to the verses of the Koran, has resulted in a new understanding of the importance of virtual da'wah for the process of spreading the Rahmatan lil 'Alamin Islam to all people in the world, so that da'wah on the internet is not it only explains in terms of its superiority, but also the purpose of da'wah which must be developed with several ethics that must be considered according to the Qur'an, including media skills, scientific and moral credibility, as well as polite da'wah material, namely upholding compassion (not advocating let alone giving hate speech).Era disrupsi saat ini menjadikan manusia lebih mudah untuk menyampaikan dan menerima informasi baru, terutama tentang agama.

Abstract

In the 20th century, Indonesia was faced with issues of right-wing extremism in the name of religion which affected the benefit of the people. Several acts of terror, the discourse of the caliphate, returning to the sunnah, and dictation of takfiri have become the center of topics in our country, where the issue of "jihad" against religion and the state is often misinterpreted in a harsh and coercive way. Thus, through analyzing the contemporary interpretation of the Double Movement, the interpretation of the verse is more inclined towards more universal values, which are humanist, freedom (al-hurriyah), equality (al-musawwah) and justice (al-'adalah). So that it produces some understanding that jihad is not just about war, but can be done in various ways by looking at the contextuality of the times, as in the viewpoint of Habib Lutfi, that defending the country and homeland as the term "jihad today" is one of the alternatives in silencing the understanding. “Conventional jihad” brought about by elements in destroying religion and the state, including strengthening knowledge of history, increasing the achievement of the nation's children and understanding of ukhuwah wathaniyah which are interconnected to silence as a form of love for the homeland and jihad for the advancement of religion and the state.

Abstract

Subjectivity of meaning is inseparable from human interpretation, as exemplified in the case of the hijab. This research employed a quantitative method combined with a semiotic approach, specifically utilizing Roland Barthes' semiotics framework, comprising three levels: denotation, connotation, and myth deconstruction. The study focused on the interpretation of QS. Al-Ahzab: 59 and connotative practices embedded in societal social behaviors. The results of research indicated that the association of wearing the headscarf with the standardization of women's religiosity is a constructed myth. It further revealed that this myth becomes an ideology when it legitimizes a single interpretation and invalidates other meanings. For instance, the perception that a shalihah (pious) woman is defined solely by wearing a hijab or that a longer veil indicates greater piety contrasts with the principles of Islam. These principles emphasize promoting goodness and avoiding harm (jalbul mashalih-dar'ul mafasid), advocating non-coercion, and preaching with kindness (amar ma'ruf nahi munkar bil ma'ruf). This study contributes to the scholarly understanding of the intersection between religious texts and social practices by uncovering how ideological myths influence the interpretation and application of religious symbols in daily life. It provides a methodological model for examining the role of semiotics in deconstructing entrenched societal norms and offers insights into the potential misuse of religious symbolism in shaping societal ideologies
