Abstract

ABSTRAK Hipertensi terjadi pada kelompok umur 31-44 tahun (31,6%), umur 45-54 tahun (45,3%), umur 55-64 tahun (55,2%). Dari prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 34,1%  diketahui bahwa sebesar  8,8% terdiagnosis hipertensi dan 13,3% orang yang terdiagnosis hipertensi tidak minum obat serta 32,3% tidak rutin minum obat. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar penderita Hipertensi tidak mengetahui bahwa dirinya Hipertensi sehingga tidak mendapatkan pengobatan. Untuk mengetahui penerapan anjuran dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Karang Anyar. Pendekatan pada penulisan laporan tugas akhir berfokus pada penerapan anjuran dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Karang Anyar. Hasil pengkajian pada Ny. D, Tn. G, Ny. A didapatkan tekanan darah tinggi. Diagnosa keperawatan yang didapat adalah manajemen kesehatan  tidak  efektif  berhubungan  dengan ketidakefektifan  pola  perawatan  kesehatan keluarga yang ditandai dengan ketidakmampuan merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit, menciptakan lingkungan yang kondusif, dan memanfaatkan saranan pelayanan kesehatan belum optimal. Intervensi dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan pemberian intervensi diet DASH dengan konsumsi makan pada pagi, siang, dan sore. Kajian implementasi selama 3 hari didapat hasil sebagian msalah teratasi, yang ditandai dengan menurunnya tekanan darah pada klien kelolaan. Terdapat efektifitas penerapan anjuran dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Karang Anyar.Di harapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan info tentang konsumsi buah dan diet rendah garam serta natrium untuk menjaga tekanan darah tetap stabil. Kata Kunci: Dietary Approaches To Stop Hypertension (DASH), Tekanan Darah, Hipertensi  ABSTRACT Hypertension occurs in the age group of 31-44 years (31.6%), age 45-54 years (45.3%), age 55-64 years (55.2%). To find out the application of dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) recommendations for reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Karang Anyar Health Center in 2022.The approach in writing the final project report focuses on the application of dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) recommendations for reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Karang Anyar Health Center.The results of the study on Ny. D, Mr. G, Mrs. A has high blood pressure. The nursing diagnosis obtained is ineffective health management related to ineffective family health care patterns which are characterized by the inability to care for sick family members, create a conducive environment, and utilize health service facilities that are not optimal. The intervention was carried out for 3 days by giving the DASH diet intervention with food consumption in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The implementation study for 3 days showed that some of the problems were resolved, which was marked by a decrease in blood pressure in managed clients. There is an effective implementation of dietary approaches to stop hypertension (DASH) recommendations for reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Karang Anyar Health.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide information about fruit consumption and a low-salt and sodium diet to keep blood pressure stable. Keywords: Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH), Blood Pressure, Hypertension
