Abstract

While the study of the use of smart robots in production known as the Industrial Revolution 4.0 continues rapidly and competition in the right proportion with this and businesses that do not want to be left behind must follow suit. The purpose of this study is to review the transformation of green accounting from Industry 4.0 to Society 5.0. Misinformation from one of the business departments will affect the entire system, especially in the accounting department that records the financial movements of the business and reports the results effectively in making decisions that affect the entire business based on these results. The use of intelligent systems helps reduce human errors and the system acts faster while the system used in traditional accounting is abandoned. The study was conducted through a literature review of several journals so that the practice of green accounting towards changes to the era of society 5.0 can be known. The expected results of this literature review are that with the transformation will make the accounting and auditing professions work smartly using updated technology, the need for brain power to analyze system output will increase. In this context, especially those who practice the accounting profession must always renew themselves. The contribution of this study is to develop the concept of green accounting which is still often overlooked in Indonesia.

Abstract

Salah satu tambang terbuka di PT Berau Coal, Blok 7 berlokasi di Binungan Mine Operation-2 yang dioperasikan oleh PT BUMA. Pada tahun 2022, target produksi batubara 5.7 juta Ton dan Overburden 70 juta BCM. Pengembangan Pit E ke arah timur mengharuskan dilakukan loading lumpur sedimentasi pada sump Ex-DH sebanyak 800,000 BCM ke disposal untuk mencapai target tahun produksi. Sifat fisik lumpur sedimentasi menyebabkan lokasi penempatan di disposal harus disesuaikan dengan kajian geoteknik dan rencana jangka panjang disposal. Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan sebagai solusi penanganan lumpur ini adalah mud shell. Lumpur sedimentasi sump akan dilakukan blending dengan material OB blasting terlebih dahulu di pit karena adanya keterbatasan unit hauler HD Tailgate. Sedangkan pada disposal akan kembali dilakukan blending dengan material OB blasting dari fleet OB yang lain. Pembuatan mud shell dimulai dengan pembuatan buffer jagaan untuk mengurung material lumpur yang sudah diblending. Kapasitas disposal mud shell akan terbatas dan dilakukan per staging sesuai dengan kajian geoteknik. Aplikasi mud shell berhasil dalam penanganan lumpur sedimentasi di disposal.

Abstract

For protection against electric shock in electrical equipment, particularly in control or instrument installations in substation equipment, a quality earthing system is required. The earthing system is also affected by soil resistivity with different soil types. In the equipment grounding system, knowledge of the types of electrodes and the type of soil is required. At the Prabumulih substation, Podzolic soil is required to evaluate the stress distribution that happens in the soil in order to reduce Ground Potential Rise (GPR). In addition to obtaining the economic value of the rod electrode type employed. In this study the resistivity value of the podzolic soil type is very decisive so that the resistivity value of the podzolic soil type at the pre-selection substation land is 150 Ωm.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the influence of brand image, life style and word of mouth on the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa. The method used in this study is to use quantitative methods in associative approaches or studies. The population in this study was N-Max motorcycle users from 2019-2021 with a total of 5274 people, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire / questionnaire that was tested for validity and reliability, the data analysis technique of this study used Multiple Linear Regression, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test) and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS Software version 25 program. The results of this research show that the brand image has a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy N-Max motorcycles at yamaha PT dealers. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.038 < 0.05. Life style has a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of the N-Max motorcycle at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. Word of mouth negatively and significantly affects the purchase decision of N-Max motorcycles at yamaha dealer PT. Graha Auto Perkasa Batam with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination value of 81.1% shows the contribution of brand image, life style, and word of mouth (WOM) to purchasing decisions and the remaining 18.9% is influenced by various other variables.
