Abstract

This research aimed to produced social media marketing as a promotional media at Bombo Uai Merch that is easy to use/applied as well as effective and efficient. The research method used is a design research method with the following stages or procedures: 1) Needs Analysis, 2) Data Collection, 3) Design, 4) Results, 5) Publication (posting), 6) Feedback. Furthermore, the data collection techniques used are: 1) Observation, 2) Interview, 3) Documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. In this study, it was found that the results of the social media marketing design as a promotional media for Bombo Uai Merch included the use of 4 pillars (greeting, product info, promos, engagement), 21 Instagram feeds with captions and hashtags, 5 Instagram stories, 5 highlights, link tree beacons. ai, 7 Tiktok feeds with captions and hashtags, and 1 month SMC. The efficiency of social media marketing is seen from reaching a wider market share (audience) by saving time, energy and costs. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this social media marketing has had a good impact on sales with an increase of 80%. Context, communication, collaboration, and connection strategies were in accordance with the needs of followers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dua variabel. Data ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner online dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor yang telah di rotasi. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 56 orang yang didasarkan dengan teknik sampel jenuh.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hasil uji t pada nilai t hitung yang diperoleh dari variabel rotasi kerja sebesar 4.182 lebih besar dari nilai t tabel sebesar 2.0049 dengan probalitias t yaitu sig 0.000 lebih kecil dari ketentuan signifikansi yaitu 0.05. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat dikatakan variabel rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Sementara Nilai R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0.245 atau nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 24.5%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 24.5% kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh rotasi kerja. Sisanya sebesar 75.5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain seperti budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja, serta beban pekerjaan.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of training on performance through motivation among employees of PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pengendalian Pembangkitan Tello. The research used an associative research design. The sampling technique used was proportionate sampling with a total of 70 employees. Data analysis included tests for instrument validity and reliability, classica assumption tests, descriptive data analysis, inferential data analysis using T-test and F-testco efficient of determination analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test. The data was processed using SPSS for Windows version 25.0.Based on the research conducted by the researcher at PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Pengendalian Pembangkitan Tello, it was found that the training, performance, and employee motivation were excellent. The training significantly influenced performance, and it also had a significant effect on employee work motivation. Employee motivation had a significant effect on performance. The indirect effect of training on performance through motivation was smaller than the direct effect of training on employee performance, indicating that motivation mediated the  relationship between training and performance improvement.
