This studyaims to determine the effect of hypnobirthing on reducing pain in mothers in the firststage of labor.Method: This research design is quantitative research, where the research designused is Quasi Experiment with Pre test-Post test Design without a control group. Thesample for this research was mothers giving birth in the 1st stage in June-August 2022 at BPS Irawati using a minimum experimental sample size of 15 mothers givingbirth. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis by univariateanalysis test, bivariate analysis test Wilcoxon Test.Result: The results of the study, before being given hypnobirthing, nine peopleexperienced unbearable pain, and six people weighed. Whereas the mothers whogave hypnobirthing experienced mild pain, 13 people and two had moderate pain.Based on the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test calculation, the p-value is0.001.There is an effect of hypnobirthing on reducing birth pain in mothers in the firststage. It recommends that midwives apply hypnobirthing in the care of birthingmothers to reduce labor pain.Keyword: Hypnobirthing, Pain, Intranatal 1st Stage

Abstract

Purpose : To determine the effect of giving beetroot juice with the prevention of anemia in third trimester pregnant women. Method : Used One Group Pretest-Posttest Design, namely one experimental research group by doing lactation massage. The population is 35 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sample, with sampling using certain criteria, and the sample in this study amounted to 12 people. Data analysis is normality test, Paired Sample T-Test test. Results : It showed that after the Shapiro Wilk test the results were obtained with a pretest with a value of .091 and a posttest with a value of .134, which means that the value of the results of Shapiro Wilk is normally distributed, that is > 0.05, and there is an effect of giving beetroot juice with the prevention of anemia in mothers. third trimester pregnant with pre_post statistical results obtained Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusion : There is an effect of increasing hemoglobin levels before and after being given beetroot juice to pregnant women in the third trimester. It is recommended for pregnant women in the third trimester to consume beetroot juice to prevent anemia

Abstract

The success and achievement of breastfeeding are greatly influenced by several factors. One of the factors that can affect breast milk production is the use of contraceptives, namely the 3-month and 1-month contraceptive injections. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between three-month and one-month injectable contraceptions with breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers aged 0-6 months in the working area of the Sajingan Besar Community Health Center, Sajingan Besar District, Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan Province in 2025. This study used a cross-sectiona designl. The study sample was 58 breastfeeding mothers who have babies aged 0-6 months. Data were analyzed using the Chi-square analysis test. The results of the study showed that the relationship between the use of injectable contraceptions had a significant relationship with the variable of breast milk production at a significance level of 0.001 (p<0.05). These results concluded that there was a relationship between the use of injectable contraceptions and breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers aged 0-6 months.
