<![CDATA[This study aims to increase the activity and learning outcomes of students in the welding technique of oxy-acetylene blunt joints through the tutorial method for class XIMD SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. This research is a classroom action research where the method used is the tutorial method. The subjects in this study were students of class XIMD in the welding engineering expertise program at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the third semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, a total of 30 students. Data collection techniques use observation and written tests.? Based on the results of the research described above, the following conclusions can be put forward: the use of the tutorial method in the practice of oxy-acetylene welding, the basic competence of blunt joints, was able to increase the learning activities of XIMD class students at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the third semester of the 2019/2020 academic year from an initial condition of 67% to 76.75% in cycle 1 and to 83.10% in cycle 2. These scores indicate that the average condition of student activity increased from the less active category to high activity. The use of the tutorial method in the practice of oxyacetylene welding in the basic competency of blunt joints was able to improve the learning outcomes of class XIMD students at SMK Negeri 1 Magelang in the third semester of the 2019/2020 academic year from the initial condition the average value was 67.47 to 78.30 in cycle 1 and to 82.20 in cycle 2. The increase was 14.73%. While the lowest value increased from 58 in the initial condition to 74 in the final condition or increased by 16% and the highest value increased from 80 to 90 or increased by 10%. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa pada teknik pengelasan oksi asetelin sambungan tumpul melalui metode tutorial kelas XIMD SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. Penelitian merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang mana metode yang di gunakan adalah metode tutorial. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XIMD program keahlian teknik pengelasan di SMK Negeri 1 Magelang semester tiga tahun pelajaran 2019/2020, sejumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan uji praktik mandiri. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dipaparkan diatas dapat dikemukakan simpulan sebagai berikut penggunaan metode tutorial pada praktik pengelasan oksi asetilin kompetensi dasar sambungan tumpul ternyata mampu meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa kelas XIMD di SMK Negeri 1 Magelang semester tiga tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dari kondisi awal sebesar 67% menjadi 76,75% pada siklus 1 dan menjadi 83,10% pada siklus 2. Skor tersebut menunjukan bahwa kondisi rata-rata aktivitas siswa meningkat dari katagori kurang beraktivitas menjadi aktivitas tinggi. Penggunaan metode tutorial pada praktik pengelasan oksi asetilin kompetensi dasar sambungan tumpul ternyata mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XIMD di SMK Negeri 1 Magelang semester tiga tahun pelajaran 2019/2020 dari kondisi awal nilai rata-ratanya 67,47 menjadi 78,30 pada siklus 1 dan menjadi 82,20 pada siklus 2. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 14,73%. Sedangkan nilai terendah meningkat dari 58 pada kondisi awal menjadi 74 pada kondisi akhir atau meningkat 16% dan nilai tertinggi meningkat dari 80 menjadi 90 atau meningkat sebesar 10%.]]>
