The research objective is to provide recommendations regarding teacher competence which includes context, input, process, and product in the management of learning. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Malinau. The research method used is evaluation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) with observational data collection techniques, document review, and interviews. Data analysis used a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the study revealed that the evaluation of the context component, namely the school environment reached 81.25%, the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure reached 82.92%. Evaluation of the input component shows that teacher characteristics reach 86.11%, and teacher learning administration reaches 81.67%. The process component shows that learning planning reaches 85.19%, learning implementation reaches 81.67%, learning evaluation reaches 82.75%, while the product component shows an achievement of 82.16%. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah memberi rekomendasi berkenaan dengan kompetensi guru yang meliputi konteks, input, proses, dan produk dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Malinau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah evaluasi dengan menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, telaah dokumen, dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa evaluasi komponen konteks yaitu lingkungan sekolah mencapai 81,25%, ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran mencapai 82,92%. Evaluasi komponen input menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik guru mencapai 86,11%, dan administrasi pembelajaran guru mencapai 81,67%. Pada komponen proses menunjukkan perencanaan pembelajaran mencapai 85,19%, pelaksanaan pembelajaran mencapai 81,67%, evaluasi pembelajaran mencapai 82,75%, sedangkan komponen produk menunjukkan pencapaian sebesar 82,16%.
