Abstract

Without Education a person can learn from the environment (natural and social) so that his experience accumulates, and the person will have certain skills. But with education, learning efforts will become more efficient and effective, especially if guided by teachers and supported by the experiences of others (references). So on this good occasion in seeing the development of education in the Land of Papua, we need to look also from the perspective of religion and social change The research method used is a qualitative description method by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. May one appropriate step be pursued in the development of Education in the Land of Papua by taking into account religious views and social change is "Autonomization of Education".

Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative description method by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. Culture, in short, is the creation, control and processing of human values. It involves humanizing raw natural materials and their results. In the material nature, the nature of the self and the natural environment both physical and social, values are identified and developed so that they are perfect. Cultivating nature, humanizing life, perfecting human relations is an inseparable unity. "Man humanizes himself by humanizing the world around him". That is the core and boundary of culture. That is the religion in which culture provides opportunity. In religion man receives grace that overcomes it and perfects it in the divine dimension. Culture is the dimension of man himself as a creator in the world

Abstract

One factor that greatly affects the quality of education delivery is the organization or institution of education delivery. This problem has implications for ineffective and inefficient education management processes. The research method used is a qualitative description method by collecting library data, reading and recording and processing research materials. Education is the whole praxis of life and processes of events accompanied by reflection both spontaneous and systematic. The essence of education is liberating human intelligence (humanization).

Abstract

The purpose of liberating education is to develop the potential of learners. Thus, education is essentially freeing man from the bondage of ignorance and backwardness. A person's maturity needs to be developed because humans by nature have been given various potentials. The most important thing is that the student's personality develops, he has understanding and the ability to think independently, has emotional balance, is open to others and has a sense of social responsibility.
