Abstract

This observation intends to find out how the Seblak Sadang UMKM Kosambi Branch in Karawang Regency is dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Direct interviews with informants, especially workers at the UMKM Seblak Sadang Karawang branch of the Kosambi branch were carried out in this observation as part of a qualitative approach method. Based on the results of observations it is known that work discipline and motivation affect employee performance. Employees take responsibility for their jobs and are driven by the sense of appreciation they receive. There are goals to be achieved, the desire to achieve and receive bonuses, the existence of regulations that are flexible and not restrictive so that employees are motivated, and there are many other factors that have an impact on employee performance. Based on the Seblak Sadang UMKM Observations, the conclusions drawn are that it is better to apply an appraisal system in employee performance carried out individually with the main points of work evaluation standards, and always provide work motivation so that compensation can be given fairly according to work performance. Employees should further develop their performance and work productivity, and be responsible for their work so that it has a good impact on the Seblak Sadang MSMEs.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, quality human resources are needed because the benchmark for the success and failure of a business is very dependent on the quality of its human resources. These resources support organizations with work, talent, creativity, quality human resources determined by a good recruitment and training system. Recruitment is a struggle to find workers in order to get as many prospective employees as possible, so that as a result the industry has the opportunity to ensure that prospective employees have good standards within the company. The subject of observation is the Comet Duck Shop. The method we use is descriptive using observative. The results we have are in the form of data in the form of various stages of the recruitment and training process at Kedai Bebek Comet. Starting from the process of disseminating the required position information, the process of selecting prospective employees, to using the job training process. The purpose of this observation is to evaluate HR management at the Bebek Comet MSME listed in the series of activities provided by new employees. Based on the results of the interviews, providing an attention that results in the quality of employee performance can be fulfilled.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation visit is to increase students' knowledge of real conditions in the industrial world. Productivity is the sum of the final results or also known as output. The purpose of this productivity is to find out and measure whether the productivity has increased or not. Job satisfaction is an employee attitude that is shown to express satisfaction at work, so why job satisfaction has a lot to do with productivity. The goals of job satisfaction include getting an appropriate salary, career advancement, getting appreciation from the work boss, and so on. The success of a company is largely determined by the work productivity produced by each individual employee, job satisfaction is very closely related to work productivity, because maximum job satisfaction will create individual comfort at work. The results of industrial visits to UMKM Tahu Sumedang Pak Uuh where employees will experience a decrease in productivity if job satisfaction is not maximal. The method used by the author is using the field research method, where industrial visits go directly to the field, namely in Sumedang Pak Uuh Tofu to obtain relevant data, by collecting data by meeting directly with the owner of Sumedang Pak Uuh Tofu.

Abstract

This observation aims to determine the recruitment process carried out by MSMEs Tree Burger House. Recruitment and selection is a very important process in determining whether or not applicants are recruited in the company.  Because human resources have an important role in an organization or business, as well as recruitment and selection which have an important role in achieving the goals of a company. The method we use is descriptive with observative. The results we got were in the form of information about the various stages of the recruitment and selection process at the new MSMEs Tree Burger House branch. Starting from the process of disseminating information on the required position, the process of selecting prospective employees, the selection process and up to the job training process. MSMEs Tree Burger House also has several criteria to be met by prospective applicants. Because the criteria will be one of the considerations in the selection process later. The conclusion we can draw is that the recruitment process is an important process that will affect performance and must also go through quite serious processes and stages.

Abstract

The handicraft business has bright prospects because handicraft products have an important role in supporting economic development in Indonesia. The existence of a handicraft activity program is one of the solutions to reduce vibrations in the countryside, increase people's income, increase the quality of human resources, and can create new jobs by maximizing the capabilities found in the rural environment. Galeri Putri Eceng is a home-based business in the Klari sub-district and is engaged in handicrafts. Galeri Putri Eceng is a business that makes products such as bags, tissue containers, chairs, tables, delivery containers (Javanese: peningset) for engagements or weddings, as well as various souvenirs made from water hyacinth. The purpose of observing this industrial visit is to find out the benefits of employee training at the Putri Waterceng Gallery. The method used in the results of this visit is a descriptive observation method. The subject of this concern is the employee at Galeri Putri Eceng. The benefit of employee training is to obtain customer satisfaction and product quality. This shows that job training is very important for workers so that they can better master the work they are carrying out and as an effort to prepare workers to face work tasks that are considered not yet mastered and as an effort to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Hasil kunjungan UMKM ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga kerja yang dilakukan oleh Cafe Jac.D Karawang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan melakukan observatif yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung serta melakukan wawancara dengan melakukan tanya jawab secara langsung dengan mengajukan pertanyaan terkait rekrutmen dan seleksi pada Cafe Jac.D Karawang. Hasil kunjungan terdapat 3 (tiga) langkah dalam proses seleksi tenaga kerja di Cafe Jac.D Karawang langkah-langkah tersebut antara lain adalah proses surat lamaran dan CV, wawancara dan pelatihan atau tes kemampuan serta terdapat proses seleksi tenaga kerja yang tidak di seleksi pada langkah surat lamaran dan CV serta wawancara sehingga proses seleksi tenaga kerja tidak sesuai atau tidak sesuai prosedur, dikarenakan beberapa proses rekrutmennya secara internal dan hanya kepada orang terdekat saja. Dengan melakukan kunjungan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara umkm ke Cafe Jac.D Karawang penulis mendapatkan pengalaman baru tentang cafe, basic tentang kopi, memahami bagaimana melakukan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga kerja serta dapat membandingkan ilmu yang diperoleh di kampus dengan UMKM. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada perekrutan yaitu beberapa calon tenaga kerja tidak sesuai dengan prosedur penerimaan tenaga kerja, solusi untuk memperbaiki masalah yaitu dengan lebih detail dan melakukan dengan benar sesuai dengan prosedur. Implikasi hasil kunjungan UMKM ini menunjukkan bahwa pada proses rekrutmen tidak banyak orang mengetahui sehingga tidak mendapatkan secara maksimal sumber daya yang luas untuk dipertimbangkan sehingga menghasilkan tenaga kerja yang tepat.
