Abstract

This observation aims to explain the strategy and steps to optimize the customer experience in marketing Nasi Soto Tangkar, with a focus on the Promotional Strategy used because the Internet has been used by various groups of people including MSME entrepreneurs in the regions. However, the lack of insight and education for MSME entrepreneurs causes the use of the internet to be not optimal in supporting business processes in order to increase the profits achieved by MSME actors. In this article, the author discusses the Importance of Marketing in SMEs Nasi soto tangkar mang endi and the importance of quality food, good customer service, pleasant dining experiences, effective advertising and communication, and the importance of regular feedback and reviews. Implementing these steps, companies in the nasi soto tangkar industry can improve their marketing as well as customer satisfaction and build strong brand loyalty. This article provides practical guidance to business owners to improve customer experience, which in turn will increase business success and growth in the Nasi Soto Tangkar business as well as in facing competitors in the market, especially culinary.

Abstract

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that are much loved by Indonesian people. Starting from businesses in the trade, service, to manufacturing sectors. However, many are involved in this MSME business but their lack of ability to manage their business makes it a big enough problem for the continuity of the business in the future. The purpose of this research is to find out the importance of developing employees which will have an impact on employee performance. This study uses a descriptive method supported by the results of observations that have been obtained. This study also describes the development of employee performance in the Decimal Coffee business. Based on the results obtained, it can be seen that development can make employee work performance even better. One of the efforts to develop employee performance is by holding training programs for employees. So, work performance has an important role for the continuation of the Decimal Coffee business, good work performance can result in improvement and future business development, both short and long term. Good work performance will also affect consumer interest in the products produced, therefore training will be very useful to make consumers feel satisfied with products produced by good employee performance.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how employee motivation increases employee work productivity at UMKM Martabak. Work productivity is greatly influenced by employee motivation, this is related to encouragement, attitude, and enthusiasm that comes from within the human person. High or low employee motivation affects the productivity of employers. The purpose of writing this article is to find out the importance of work motivation in increasing employee work productivity. Motivation plays a significant role in influencing and increasing work productivity, employees will work with discipline and diligence. But apart from that, the lack of appreciation, salary, and bonuses can also reduce employee motivation. This decreased motivation greatly affects the increase in work productivity, which in turn can make a business decline. Suggestions for business owners to be more aware and pay more attention to their employees in order to maintain work motivation and establish positive relationships between superiors and subordinates.
