Abstract

One important aspect that will determine the quality of human life is sex life. Therefore sexual activity may be used in the assessment of the quality of life. Erectile dysfunction (ED) is the inability to continuously achieve or maintain a penile erection quality so as to achieve a satisfying sexual relationship. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between ED and quality of life in the male elderly. A cross-sectional study was carried out on males aged 60 years and over in West Cilandak village, South Jakarta. The presence of ED was evaluated by means of the International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) and quality of life with the Short Form Health Survey (SF-36). One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the mean difference of QOL by erectile dysfunction category. The correlation between the total ED score  and QOL was analyzed using the Pearson correlation analysis. Subjects included 199 elderly male patients, with mean age of 66.7 years (age range 60-81 years), among whom 80.5% presented with ED. The results of ANOVA analysis showed that ED affects quality of life total score (p=0.000), with a significant difference in the vitality (p=0.029), physical function  (p=0.048), and role emotional subscales (p=0.011). ED is a highly prevalent among elderly males and impairs the overall quality of life, The SF-36 is applicable and suitable for evaluation of quality of life.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are: (1) describe and analyze the description of acceptance of parents of blind children at Special School Singkawang, (2) identify the factors acceptance of parents of blind children at Special School Singkawang. This study used qualitative methods, techniques interview data collectors tested its validity through triangulation. Subjects in this study are the parents of students with visual impairment in Special School Singkawang many as four people and classroom teachers as informants two people. Data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data display and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) The parents of blind children can receive willingly conditions experienced by his son, even that happens on stage tertiary phase which should at that stage parents could not accept her son. However, with sincerity and greatsincerity and love to their children so that the parents that their children canreceive in a faster time. (2) There are several factors acceptance of parents of blind children is the support of family, lingungan very accepting and relatives who frequently give feedback, even one of the parents said that children with special needs is preferable compared with a normal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan toilet di RSAB Harapan Kita. Kepuasan pasien dianggap sebagai salah satu hal yang sangat penting dalam menilai tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan pihak rumah sakit kepada pasiennya. Terutama pada fasilitas toilet, toilet dianggap sebagai salah satu tolak ukur indikator utama dari standar suatu fasilitas kesehatan yang merupakan akibat pengaruh pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan pihak rumah sakit dan hal inilah yang membuat pengukuran kepuasan pasien menjadi komponen penting. Dalam mengatasi hal tersebut penggunaan algoritma C4.5 adalah pilihan yang tepat untuk dapat mengambil keputusan pada pelayanan penggunaan toilet. Dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dan diuji oleh software RapidMiner. Dimana data bersumber dari hasil survei tahun 2023. Model yang dihasilkan dari algoritma C4.5 mampu memprediksi tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan tingkat accuracy = 52.61%, dengan nilai entropy 1182558 dan gain information terbesar 0.904627. Adapun performance pada setiap tanggapan yaitu recall = 75.00% , precision = 65.45% untuk tanggapan sangat puas, recall = 50.00% , precision = 54.55% untuk tanggapan puas, recall = 6.25% , precision = 21.43% untuk tanggapan kurang puas, recall = 79.17% , precision = 48.10% untuk tanggapan tidak  puas.   This study aims to analyze the level of patient satisfaction with toilet services at RSAB Harapan Kita. Patient satisfaction is considered to be one of the most important things in assessing the level of service provided by the hospital to its patients. Especially in toilet facilities, toilets are considered as one of the main benchmark indicators of the standard of a health facility which is the result of the influence of health services provided by the hospital and this is what makes measuring patient satisfaction an important component. In overcoming this problem, using the C4.5 algorithm is the right choice to be able to make decisions on toilet use services. By using the C4.5 algorithm to produce the right decisions and tested by RapidMiner software. Where the data comes from survey results in 2023. The model produced from the C4.5 algorithm is able to predict the level of patient satisfaction with an accuracy level = 52.61%, with an entropy value of 1182558 and the largest information gain of 0.904627. The performance for each response is recall = 75.00%, precision = 65.45% for very satisfied responses, recall = 50.00%, precision = 54.55% for satisfied responses, recall = 6.25%, precision = 21.43% for less satisfied responses, recall = 79.17 % , precision = 48.10% for dissatisfied responses..

Abstract

Latar Belakang dan Tujuan: Nyeri pascaoperasi sangat penting dalam upaya pemulihan dini pascaoperasi. Penelitian observasional ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kejadian dan manajemen nyeri pascaoperasi bedah saraf pada populasi pediatri di RSUP Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Denpasar.Subjek dan Metode: Pasien pediatri yang menjalani operasi bedah saraf dilakukan pencatatan data demografis, regimen analgetik pascaoperasi dan penilaian derajat nyeri saat berada di ruang pemulihan, jam ke-6, 12, 24, dan 48 pascaoperasi. Uji Wilcoxon digunakan untuk menilai kemaknaan penurunan derajat nyeri pascaoperasi.Hasil: Penelitian ini yang dilakukan pada 37 pasien pediatri pascaoperasi bedah saraf mendapatkan rerata usia pasien 91 bulan, sebagian besar laki-laki, rerata berat badan 28 kilogram, rerata tinggi badan 115 sentimeter, paling banyak dengan diagnosis hidrosefalus komunikans, paling banyak dilakukan operasi ventrikulo-peritoneal shunt, dengan rerata durasi operasi 165 menit, serta paling banyak dengan teknik anestesi umum. Uji statistik Wilcoxon mendapatkan penurunan bermakna (p0,05) derajat nyeri pasien pediatri pascaoperasi seiring waktu saat berada di ruang pemulihan, jam ke-6, 12, 24, dan 48 pascaoperasi.Simpulan: Manajemen nyeri pascaoperasi bedah saraf pediatri pada subyek penelitian telah berjalan baik, tidak didapatkan adanya pasien mengalami nyeri sedang dan berat pascaoperasi, walaupun modalitas manajemen nyeri yang digunakan beragam.Incidence and Post-Operative Pain Management on PediatricPatients Underwent Neurosurgery at Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital DenpasarAbstractBackground and Objective: Postoperative pain management is important for early recovery after surgery. This observational study aims to determine the incidence and management of postoperative pain in pediatrics underwent neurosurgery at Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah General Hospital Denpasar.Subject and Methods: Demographic data, postoperative analgesic regimen, and pain score while in the recovery room, on the 6th, 12th, 24th, and 48th hours postoperative were recorded. The decreased in pain score analyzed by Wilcoxon signed-rank test with significant value p0.05 Results: This study which included 37 pediatric patients whom underwent neurosurgery, found patients have average age of 91 months, mostly male, average weight of 28 kilograms, average height of 115 centimeters, with most diagnosis were communicating hydrocephalus, the most performed surgery were ventriculoperitoneal shunt, with average operating time of 165 minutes, and with most anesthetic techniques used were general anesthesia. The Wilcoxon statistical test found a significant (p0.05) decreased in the postoperative level of pain over the time from in the recovery room, on the 6th, 12th, 24th, and 48th hours postoperative.Conclusion: Postoperative pain management in pediatric patients underwent neurosurgery at Prof. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah Hospital, Denpasar was acceptable. There was no subject experiencing moderate and severe postoperative pain.

Abstract

The emergence of influencer marketing in developing countries has been facilitated by Generation Z's use of social media. This study's goal is to discover how influencer marketing will affect Gen Z consumers' purchasing intentions in Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and Nigeria. In this study, the data were examined utilizing descriptive, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis employing quantitative research and IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The data collection method was carried out online with a group of 150 individuals from the Gen Z demographic participating. The study highlights that perceived influencer credibility, product-influencer relevance, perceived expertise, and trustworthiness significantly impact Gen Z's purchasing intentions in Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and Nigeria. Authentic, credible influencers who align with a brand's image strengthen consumer trust and purchase intent. Marketers should prioritize collaborations with influencers known for genuine, relatable, and expert content, fostering deeper engagement and brand loyalty. While peers' reviews showed less impact, further research could explore Gen Z's evolving approach to social proof.

Abstract

Operasi midfasial sering menimbulkan nyeri hebat yang dapat mempengaruhi durasi perawatan pascaoperasi. Opioid tetap menjadi standar utama dalam mengelola nyeri akut pascaoperasi, namun penggunaannya terkait dengan efek samping seperti mual, muntah, sedasi, dan risiko komplikasi pernapasan. Oleh karena itu, blok saraf regional seperti Suprazygomatic Maxillary Block (SMB) menawarkan alternatif untuk mengurangi dosis opioid dan efek sampingnya, mendukung konsep Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS). Penelitian ini merupakan uji coba terkontrol secara acak, single-blind, dan dilakukan di satu lokasi dengan 40 sampel yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: Kelompok P1 (anestesi umum dengan SMB menggunakan 5 ml ropivakain 0,375%) dan Kelompok P2 (anestesi umum tanpa SMB). Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi kebutuhan fentanyl intraoperatif, waktu pemberian analgesik penyelamat pertama, total kebutuhan opioid dalam 24 jam, kejadian mual dan muntah, serta kualitas pemulihan pascaoperasi (QoR-40), menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan fentanyl intraoperatif lebih rendah pada Kelompok P1 (2,10 mcg/kgBB vs. 2,61 mcg/kgBB, p<0,001). Waktu pemberian analgesik penyelamat pertama lebih lama pada Kelompok P1 (13 jam vs. 2 jam, p=0,004), dan total kebutuhan opioid dalam 24 jam lebih rendah (0 mcg vs. 180 mcg, p<0,001). Kelompok P2 memiliki risiko mual dan muntah yang lebih tinggi (RR 2,54, p=0,004) dan skor QoR-40 pascaoperasi yang lebih rendah (198 vs. 162, p<0,001). Kesimpulannya, suplementasi SMB secara efektif mengurangi kebutuhan opioid intra dan pascaoperasi, menunda waktu pemberian analgesik penyelamat pertama, serta menurunkan risiko mual dan muntah pascaoperasi.

Abstract

Singkawang City is one of the cities in West Kalimantan Province that holds a strategic position and plays an important role in supporting regional economic growth. This study aims to examine the development and current condition of the property market in Singkawang City, including growth trends, types of properties developed, and the direction of urban development. The research employs a descriptive method with both qualitative and quantitative approaches, supported by spatial analysis. Research data were obtained from primary data such as field surveys, as well as secondary data sourced from government institutions, literature studies, and digital mapping using Google Maps and QGIS. The research variables include the location and spatial distribution of properties, types and functions of developed properties, growth in property supply, market demand, and the direction of area development. The analysis refers to the Appraisal Institute (2020), which states that property development and value are strongly influenced by location, accessibility, the intensity of economic activities, and their relationship with activity centers and infrastructure networks. These factors determine land use patterns and the direction of urban development. The results indicate that property development in Singkawang City is driven by the trade, service, and tourism sectors, supported by its strategic geographical position and infrastructure development. The highest increase in property supply occurred in 2022, with 16 new properties added. The property type experiencing the most significant growth was cafés, totaling 38 units. Furthermore, new property development tends to expand toward the North Singkawang area. In conclusion, Singkawang City has significant potential for property development and plays an important role in promoting balanced regional development. Abstrak Kota Singkawang merupakan salah satu kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat yang memiliki posisi strategis dan berperan penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi regional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kondisi pasar properti di Kota Singkawang, meliputi tren pertumbuhan, jenis properti yang berkembang, serta arah pengembangan wilayah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, yang didukung oleh analisis spasial. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui data primer seperti  survei serta data sekunder yang bersumber dari instansi pemerintahan, studi literatur, dan pemetaan digital menggunakan Google Maps dan QGIS. Variabel penelitian meliputi lokasi dan sebaran properti, jenis dan fungsi properti yang berkembang, pertumbuhan supply properti, permintaan pasar, serta arah pengembangan wilayah. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada Appraisal Institute (2020) yang menyatakan bahwa perkembangan dan nilai properti sangat dipengaruhi oleh lokasi, aksesibilitas, intensitas aktivitas ekonomi, serta keterkaitannya dengan pusat kegiatan dan jaringan infrastruktur. Faktor-faktor tersebut menentukan pola pemanfaatan lahan dan arah pengembangan kawasan perkotaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan properti di Kota Singkawang didorong oleh sektor perdagangan, jasa, dan pariwisata, yang diperkuat oleh posisi geografis strategis serta perkembangan infrastruktur. Peningkatan supply properti tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2022 sebanyak 16 properti baru, dengan jenis properti yang mengalami pertumbuhan terbesar berupa kafe sebanyak 38 unit. Arah pengembangan properti baru cenderung mengarah ke wilayah Singkawang Utara. Kesimpulannya, Kota Singkawang memiliki potensi perkembangan properti yang signifikan dan berperan dalam mendorong pemerataan pembangunan wilayah.
