Abstract

Industrial visits to Alif Frozen Food stores were carried out to compare fluctuations in sales before the covid 19 pandemic and during the covid 19 pandemic and what strategies were used by the Alif Frozen Food store to continue to maintain profits with descriptive methods in the form of observations and interviews with store owners. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various business sectors, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) such as Alif Frozen Food Stores. Fluctuations in sales of frozen food at the Alif Frozen Food Store experienced a slight increase during the covid pandemic, with the implementation of a sales strategy to continue to maintain profits. The sales strategy to maintain profits in the form of changing the function of the kiosk at the Alif Frozen Food store has helped the store survive during the pandemic, minimize losses and be able to increase sales fluctuations. MSMEs in the frozen food sector such as Alif Frozen Food play an important role in Indonesia's economic development. Therefore, a sales strategy must always be applied to MSMEs to continue to increase sales fluctuations and increase economic growth.

Abstract

The Buana Convection sewing business is a convection engaged in services that is growing rapidly in Karawang. This business involves the production of clothing, accessories and other textile goods through sewing processes using sewing machines. This industrial visit to CV Buana Convection uses descriptive and observative methods. training of employees in the sewing business aims to improve their skills and knowledge in sewing. Such training can cover various aspects, such as sewing techniques, fabric selection, pattern understanding, product manufacturing, inventory management and sales. It is important for sewing business owners to identify the training needs of their employees and develop a program to suit those needs. In the digital era, technology also plays an important role in the sewing business.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to find out the performance of employees before and after the impact of the corona virus pandemic on MSMEs in Indonesia, especially the culinary business of the Seblak Seafood Ateu MSME. This observation uses a descriptive approach method with observative. The results of this observation reveal that there has been a very significant change in employee performance due to COVID-19 since its appearance at the end of 2019. When the effects of the COVID 19 pandemic occurred in the Seblak Seafood Ateu business actor, turnover fell due to the limited PPKM. Employee performance before Covid 19, which was originally running normally, experienced a change in the performance of the employees, which decreased due to illness at the start of the Covid 19 outbreak, so employee productivity also decreased.

Abstract

The method used to collect data is descriptive method with observation and interviews. Based on the results of interviews with MSME owners, it was found that there were problems with the discipline of the employees who worked. The discipline problem that occurs in this Inboxmie business is the lack of time discipline for its employees, namely they are often late to work hours, and do not come to work without clear explanations. This of course violates the provisions set by the MSME business owner. Problems that occur can cause non-optimal business. Some efforts that need to be made to overcome the problem of work discipline on employee performance is by providing an orientation program for employees. The author concludes that the problem faced by these SMEs is the lack of discipline in employees. One of the factors that can increase productivity is work discipline.
