Abstract

This research is directed to see whether there is a simultaneous or partial relationship between Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Perceived Price (X3) on Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The validity and reliability of the survey were evaluated by including one hundred and thirty respondents. To ascertain whether there is a partial or simultaneous effect, we use the SPSS 24 quantitative method software with multiple linear regression. based on the conclusion that product quality, service quality, and price perceptions are all influenced simultaneously by these three independent variables. Product quality and service quality are two independent variables which partially have no effect on the dependent variable. However, consumer satisfaction is influenced by price perception variables

Abstract

This article analyses Starbucks Coffee employee performance in Region VII as influenced by leadership, training, motivation, and compensation variables. The Likert scale is used in compiling measurement instruments. We used 30 respondents for validity and reliability tests and 100 respondents for multiple linear regression statistical analysis with the application of SPSS-26 statistics to prove the simultaneous and partial influence hypothesis. We used the Roscoe method. The result of this study is that the three independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable. On partial influences, namely: leadership variables affect employee performance, motivation affects employee performance, training does not affect employee performance and compensation does not.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara retensi pelanggan dengan kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan upaya pemasaran. Dalam penelitian ini, semua tamu Hotel Kartika One Jakarta dianggap sebagai bagian dari populasi sampel. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang ditentukan melalui pemilihan secara acak. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam penelitian ini. Setelah survei selesai, regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk memeriksa data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun kualitas produk yang ditawarkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi pelanggan, namun kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel promosi juga secara signifikan mempengaruhi pilihan retensi. Ketika dipertimbangkan bersama-sama, kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan kualitas iklan memiliki dampak 69,7% terhadap retensi pelanggan. Sisanya sebesar 30,3% mencerminkan faktor yang tidak diketahui yang diabaikan dalam analisis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee motivation, performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In December 2023, we surveyed 100 respondents to perform a simple linear regression analysis, and 30 respondents were allocated to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. The results of the study stated that Organizational Culture has a positive effect on the motivation, performance, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of employees. The practical consequences of the results of this study suggest that measures to strengthen positive organizational culture can be an effective strategy in increasing the level of motivation, performance, job satisfaction, and level of organizational commitment among the workforce.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, word of mouth dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui kepuasan pelanggan di Es Teh Indonesia Bintaro. Pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan 100 responden. Teknik analisis data melalui Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Citra Merek, Word of Mouth dan Persepsi Harga secara Simultan kepada Kepuasan Pelanggan begitu juga dengan Keputusan Pembelian. Secara parsial serta citra merek, word of mouth dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Citra merek dan persepsi harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, namun untuk word of mouth dan keuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel independen memiliki kemampuan langsung untuk memengaruhi variabel keputusan pembelian tanpa mengacaukan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan

Abstract

This research focuses on the efficiency and effectiveness of employee treatment during a new era by managing training, motivation, leadership, and job satisfaction, which is expected to increase organizational commitment so that the organization can adapt to fundamental and permanent changes in the company. Research data was developed using a Likert scale. By using the Rosco table, research data was obtained for 100 respondents, not including the 30 people who were intended to test validity and reliability. We use quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. The IBM SPSS 24 statistical application was used for statistical calculations. This research shows that the four independent variables that have a partial impact on organizational commitment, training, and motivation do not significantly influence organizational commitment, leadership, or employee job satisfaction were found to have a significant influence on organizational commitment.

Abstract
