Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan hak asasi manusia dalam perpektif Pendidikan Islam dengan pendekatan kuaitatif jenis pustaka. Hasil kajian ini adalah pertama bahwa Pendidikan Islam harus mempertahankan pendidikan yang mengakui dan mengedepankan nilai dan hak asasi manusia karenameletakkan dasar-dasar hak yang jelas yaitu ada lima hak dalam Islam yang harus dipelihara. Kedua Pendidikan Islam harus memerhatikan dan mengedepankan nilai kemanusiaan seperti keadilan dan kesetaraan, toleransi dan moderasi, KetigaPendidikan Islam mengedepankan paham multicultural dalam interaksi manusia di dalam al-Qur’an This study aims to describe human rights in the perspective of Islamic education with a qualitative approach to the type of literature. The results of this study are first that Islamic education must maintain an education that recognizes and prioritizes human values and rights because Islam is a religion that was revealed by Allah to His Apostle to be conveyed to humans. Second, Islamic education must pay attention to and prioritize human values such as justice and equality, tolerance and moderation. Third, Islamic education prioritizes multicultural understanding in human interaction in the Qur'an.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia has undergone curriculum changes caused by the ever-changing and developing state of society, so that many new life problems are needed, so the Ministry of Education and Culture launched the Independent Curriculum and researchers associated it with Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas, as a figure who has a well-known and brilliant Islamic education thought and this research adheres to the rationale contained in it. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to content analysis with the type of library research, collecting data using documentation methods or records as data sources. From the results of the discussion and research, it was concluded that the Islamic education thought of Syed Muhammad Naquib alAttas and its relevance to  the Independent Curriculum is first, the concept of ta'dib is in line with the principles of designing the Independent Curriculum and the development policy of the Independent Curriculum. Second, the objectives of al-Attas' Islamic education are aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum.
