Abstract

To prevent unsettling influences and errors that can derail repair cycles, a viable and effective security framework is needed. Through the Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. Pamobvitnas (National Vital Objects Security) of 2004 regulates how the National Police, the Government, and related stakeholders work together to strive to create national security stability and specifically organize security for vital object countries. This study used qualitative research. The research design used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data obtained from research conducted at Bank Negara Indonesia branch offices. In addition to direct research into the field, data acquisition is also from various sources on the internet. The research location in this study is the Bank Negara Indonesia Branch Office which is located at Jl. Pramuka, Pengasinan, Kec. Rawalumbu, Kota Bekasi, West Java 17114. A circular instructing all branches to increase vigilance was issued in response to efforts to find out the situation and conditions before the robbery occurred. The general nature of the instructions in the Circular and the fact that they do not provide technical instructions on how to raise awareness and what actions should be taken to improve security pose obstacles in their implementation. Security management is designed to prevent unwanted things from happening in the company that cause a sense of insecurity and comfort in the company. Bank Negara Indonesia, which is engaged in Indonesian banking institutions, in addition to creating a safe and comfortable corporate environment for employees, must also maintain customer data properly so that it is not leaked and misused by irresponsible parties.

Abstract

Pertamina (Persero) is the only BUMN (State Owned Enterprise) engaged in the integrated oil and gas business, starting from the upstream to downstream scope of work with assets that really need to be maintained. PT Pertamina (Persero) ensures that meeting the needs for fuel and LPG as well as providing services to the community remain the Company's main priorities. As a BUMN, Pertamina, including all workers, is responsible for carrying out the Government's mandate to ensure national energy security. The purpose of this study is to determine vital objects, file security, and cyber security against security management at PT. Pertamina (Persero). This research method uses qualitative research with a Systematic Review approach, the source of data used in this study is secondary data, namely data obtained or collected by researchers from various existing sources. Secondary data can be in the form of data from the Annual Report of PT. Pertamina (Persero) and so on. The results of research in this journal serve as additional information material and input for companies that can be taken into consideration in managing Vital Objects, File Security and Cyber ​​​​Security for Security Management at PT. Pertamina (Persero), as with construction projects, the risk of work accidents disrupts the activities of the project workers.

Abstract

The insight from the management of security to the company's intuition is significant. In the banking industry, security management such as vital object policies, file security and cyber security have an important role in maintaining and keeping confidential the data of customers in the company. In preventing the leakage of customer data, companies must pay more attention to objects that are too crucial. It is not easy to give company access to employees outside the company.

Abstract

PLN is a State-Owned Enterprise that handles government problems related to electricity and supplies electricity in very large quantities to the population. At PT. PLN is a subsidiary engaged in Power Plants, in this sector a vital object security system is urgently needed which is directly monitored by The Regional Police Vital Object Security Unit where the work system at PT. PLN is carried out by members of security, namely security guards. Therefore, an Android-based application is needed for monitoring the security of vital object areas which is a container for reporting vital objects in realtime that is integrated in one Information Technology system under the auspices of the PAM OBVIT POLDA JAMBI with an emphasis on prevention, speed of action of officers and ease in securing the location of vital objects in the environment. PLN DALKIT JAMBI Province. Data confidentiality ensures that cyber users have their privacy protected, be it privacy on personal computers, handheld devices or protected by privacy data when carrying out various internet browsing activities. Cyber-security is a collection of tools, policies, security concepts, security safeguards, guidelines, risk management approaches, measures, training, best practices, assurance and technology that can be used to protect the cyber environment and the organizations and assets of users.

Abstract

File security is an act of deterrence from attacks by irresponsible file users or network accessors (Mulyana, 2016). Cyber security is security that has been modified, the nature of which refers to everything that is owned in cyberspace that is to be secured. According to (Prabuningtyas, 2018). Vital object security system is a national vital object that has a strategic role in national development. On the other hand, the dimensions of security threats and disturbances are growing with various risks and impacts. Security threats and disturbances to vital national objects directly or indirectly impact the national economic system, political stability, and national security according to (Namudat et al., 2019) PT. Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Is one of the regionally owned business units, which is engaged in the distribution of clean water to the general public. There are PDAMs in every province, district, and municipality throughout Indonesia. The object of this research is the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM). Data collection techniques use survey techniques and research methods use a combination of descriptive and associative methods. Description of PT PDAM (Regional Water Supply Company) Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) is one of the BUMDs owned by the local government. Based on Law no. 5 of 1962 as a business owned by the Regional Government (Pemda) which provides services and organizes public benefits in the field of drinking water. PDAM activities start from producing, processing, and distributing clean water to customers.
