Security management is very important in every company, especially in the banking industry. All branches of Bank BRI have increased the level of security, such as the number of police officers conducting patrols and installing CCTV as evidence when there are criminal matters that occur within Bank BRI. At Bank BRI Pujon branch, routine patrols have also been carried out to minimize loopholes for criminal acts. Security management is designed to prevent unwanted things from happening within the company that cause insecurity and discomfort in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia engaged in Indonesian banking institutions.

According to Kartono (1992) juvenile delinquency is an abbreviation of juvenile crime. Adolescence is a time when someone searches for their identity and tries to determine who they really are. Adolescents need understanding and help from people they love and are close to, especially parents or family, during their difficult development process and confusing times. (1Syaibani.R 2019) This research aims to determine the influence of the role of parental education on delinquency. teenagers in Central Kaliabang, Kavling Rajawali, North Bekasi. The methods used in this research are quantitative and qualitative. The population of this research was 15 teenagers from Central Kaliabang, North Bekasi, using a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 15 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The questionnaire is used to reveal the variable influence of the role of parental education on juvenile delinquency in the form of a closed questionnaire statement. The research hypothesis test is simple linear regression. The results of this research show that the role of parental education influences juvenile delinquency. The variable role of parental education contributed 68% to changes in the juvenile delinquency variable, while the remaining 32% was influenced by other factors. From the results of calculations carried out by the researcher, the calculation obtained (3.256) is greater than the table (0.267) with a significance level of (0.04). So, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

This research aims to describe efforts to minimize juvenile delinquency by using the role of education, the role of parents, the role of the environment or society and the role of peers. The research method used was a quantitative method. The data collection technique used was research carried out in 2 RTs in the community. Harapan Baru Community Health Center area. The selection of settlements is based on the proximity of the residential zone to Nightlife Place (THM). In this case, the THM in question is the RT area that is used as a karaoke place and a place to provide commercial sexual services. This research uses a population sampling technique, which means that the entire population is sampled as many as people, with a sample size of teenagers. Based on the research results, it shows that the majority of respondents who committed delinquency were 104 students aged 13 years and 70 students aged 14 years. The age of 13-14 years is the age of early adolescence, during this phase teenagers are still confused about what actions they should take (Mentari et al., 2018). The most delinquency occurred in RT002 with 170 teenagers because in RT 002 the average teenager was 13-16 years old. Delinquent behavior is mostly carried out by male children because boys have strong behavior and high emotions, so that most male students will commit delinquency when they have problems related to family, girlfriends and so on (Sunaryanti , 2016). The highest amount of delinquent behavior was found in RT002 with a value proportion of 75%, while in RT003 it had a value proportion of 68%. The conclusion from this research is that character education helps teenagers understand and internalize moral values such as honesty, integrity, empathy and responsibility. This provides a strong foundation for good decision making.

Education is an important thing that cannot be ignored throughout human life. In the current digital era, character education is very important to be implanted and taught massively to students. The aim of this research is to explore the importance of character education in learning to improve the quality of education in the digital era. The research method used is literary research. Literary research is a research method carried out using collect data and take notes, evaluate documents or reading. Literary research can be obtained from various sources such as books, magazines, internet, libraries and documents. We hope that the results of this research can provide encouragement to all parties, including educational institutions, families and society, so that this can be done on a large scale to help make character education teachable and achievable, giving birth to a generation of people with personality and playing a role in improving the quality of education in the digital era.

Juvenile delinquency is something that is considered commonplace among young people today. Juvenile delinquent behavior is caused by 2 factors, namely factors from the teenager himself (internal) and from outside (external). The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization. Research designs on juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization can be carried out using qualitative or quantitative methods. Based on the research results obtained on factors regarding the impact of globalization on juvenile delinquency, namely the bad influence of globalization on teenagers, technological developments, the challenges of globalization, the increasingly declining moral values of teenagers. Among these factors, the factors that most influence juvenile delinquency in the era of globalization are the influence of a bad environment and the influence of peers. This can be caused by the majority of them receiving bad behavior from their parents. Therefore, every parent is expected to provide a gentle and humorous attitude towards their teenage children and continue to control their teenage children's activities so that they are kept away from juvenile delinquency. (Budi Artini, 2018).

Character is one of the important things that humans have, character is also included in education, namely character education. Character education is important because it determines each individual's moral values, personality, which has an influence on society and the nation. Character education for students is a challenge for most students. Because students play an important and crucial role in sowing the nation's hopes. This research discusses the formation of student character, especially focusing on the role of students as seeders of the nation's hope. This research uses a literature review method, and this type of research is qualitative. The results of this research show that character education plays an important role in forming the character of anti-corruption students, participants were able to explain the meaning of corruption. Corruption must be prevented and eradicated so that it does not affect the value order of the Indonesian nation which refers to state ideology (Eliezar, 2016). Apart from that, participants were able to identify acts of corruption based on experiences in society and organizations. A number of acts of corruption obtained from participants include time corruption, gratuities, increasing purchase prices, bribes, tribute, commissions, etc., and anti-corruption education does not prevent but rather instills several values in students, namely responsibility, discipline, honesty, independence. , courage to use the SCL (Student Centered Learning) method.

Bullying is the act of using power to hurt a person or group of people verbally, physically or psychologically so that the victim feels depressed, traumatized and helpless, which is carried out repeatedly and carried out by one group on one particular individual. Bullying is carried out purely for fun, generally in the form of insults, hate speech, and even physical violence, both mild and severe. In Indonesia, the problem of bullying is still quite serious, because every year bullying cases continue to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to overcome cases of bullying that are currently occurring. The impact felt by the victim due to bullying that occurs on the victim can usually have mental, emotional and physical impacts. The worst impact resulting from bullying can result in severe depression experienced by the victim. Bullying can be triggered by several factors, namely personality, family and the environment, both school and social. This research was carried out with the aim of conducting a literature review regarding the understanding of bullying, the impact of bullying, the factors that cause bullying, and the environment of a bully. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Based on the research results, analysis of cases of bullying in children uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. Identifying cases of bullying problems that occur in children will make it easier to pinpoint a bullying problem.

The phenomenon of employee performance, safety and motivation in Social Care organizations not meeting expectations. Low performance may be caused by a lack of training, skills development, this can include physical and non-physical problems such as workload stress, harassment, violence or discrimination. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of organizational culture in Social Care organizations on employee performance, safety and motivation in the workplace.This research method is a convenience sampling technique and data analysis is carried out using descriptive statistical techniques. By involving 115 employees in the Social Care organization. From the results of this research data analysis, it shows that the influence of performance, safety and employee motivation has a significant impact on organizational culture in Social Care

The era of globalization has become a reality that must be faced by the Indonesian people and nation. Changes that are taking place so quickly and the emergence of various challenges as a result of globalization must be faced and resolved properly. Education is inevitably involved in it and is required to be able to make a significant contribution. Industrial revolution 4.0 is the government's dream to build the Indonesian nation into a nation that is able to compete with other nations. This aims to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia, by emphasizing awareness in education, one of them. The industrial revolution itself is the impact of the globalization process. Globalization is the opening of culture and the development of science in all parts of the world which until now have become dependent. Through education, students must take advantage of the positive impacts of globalization so that they can foster good learning behavior and be able to avoid its negative impacts. Good learning behavior can lead students to become superior individuals, and even have good qualities. The results of the research show that vocational schools, both public and private in Indonesia, are affected by the impact of globalization on students' learning behavior, which has greatly increased compared to before.
