<![CDATA[In Indonesia, ecotourism is currently experiencing development along with the increasing interest of tourists to fill their spare time visiting natural destinations. Ecotourism itself is able to have a positive impact on managers, tourists, and the local community. In this study, the authors analyzed the effect of ecotourism on the community's economy in Keranggan Ecotourism Village, South Tangerang. Keranggan Ecotourism Village is a community-based ecotourism destination. Therefore, the author took this topic to see whether ecotourism has a significant effect on the economy of the Keranggan Village community. The method used in this research is quantitative research method. The data collection technique was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 101 respondents who were the people of Keranggan Village, interviewing several parties, and also documentation. Data analysis using the SPSS 26 application and tests carried out include; validity test, reliability, descriptive mean, classical assumptions, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination R2, and T test. The results showed that ecotourism had a positive effect on the community's economy with a tcount value of 4.625 > t table 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The Community Economy obtained a constant coefficient value of 20.387 and Ecotourism obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.408 so that the regression coefficient has a positive value so it can be concluded that the direction of influence of variable X on variable Y is positive. In this thesis, based on the determination test, it can be concluded that there is an influence of ecotourism of 17.8% on the community economy in Keranggan Ecotourism Village, South Tangerang, while 82.2% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author.]]>
