Abstract

The effectiveness of communication is assessed from the performance of human resources in the organization. An important element in improving performance in an organization is the availability of quality human resources, productivity, has a high work ethic, and is able to make an optimal contribution. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the village head, communication skills, communication styles, reciprocal relationships between leaders and subordinates. This type of descriptive quantitative research, while the number of samples is 30 with a total population of 2,630. by developing an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given to each respondent who visited the Monta Baru Village Office, Lambu District, Bima Regency. Then the data analysis technique used is to analyze the data based on the respondent's answer to the questionnaire. As for the results of the study, it can be explained that as many as 78.80% of respondents said it was very good, then 8% good, then the respondents answered quite well 3.15% and the respondents who answered were not good at 0%. Based on the data obtained, the intensity of communication built by the village head was very good and needed to be maintained as a form of communication reconstruction effort. The conclusion is that based on the data it can be said that the respondents who answered 79.03% were very good, this shows that the influence of the village head's communication in improving the performance of the apparatus was very good.

Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses belajar mengajar penyandang disabilitas pada masa pandemik covid-19 di Kabupaten Sinjai dan mengetahui faktor penghambat dalam proses belajar mengajar terhadap penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif analisis untuk mendekskripsikan atau menggambarkan mengenai proses belajar mengajar penyandang disabilitas pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Sinjai. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala SLB Negeri Sinjai, guru SLB Negeri Sinjai dan orang tua siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri 1 Kabupaten Sinjai Kecamatan Sinjai Utara, Kabupaten Sinjai. Dari hasil penelitian ini menggambarkan bahwa proses belajar mengajar yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Luar Biasa selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah proses pembelajaran secara daring (dalam jaringan) dengan menggunakan aplikasi via whatsapp, zoom dan googleclashroom. Dilihat dari hasil analisis pembahasan metode yang efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran masa pandemi covid-19 bagi penyandang disabilitas yaitu metode pembelajaran secara luring alasannya dilihat dari kondisi penyandang yang berbeda-beda dan kemampuan orang tua siswa yang terbatas dalam memenuhi pembelajaran dari rumah. Artinya, dibutuhkan keahlian khusus untuk menyampaikan pembelajaran, dimana siswa dan guru harus berinteraksi secara langsung. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan hasil analisis, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang paling efektif digunakan untuk siswa penyandang disabilitas dimasa pandemi covid-19 adalah penggunaan aplikasi whatssapp dikarenakan lebih mudah dipahami oleh guru, siswa dan orang tua. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran online dari rumah dapat dijadikan pilihan di masa yang akan datang jika siswa disabilitas mengalami hambatan untuk datang ke sekolah akibat jarak yang jauh atau tidak tersedianya alat transportasi yang aksesibel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the campaign strategy of village head candidates in the implementation of village head elections in Arallae Village, Kahu Subdistrict, Bone Regency. This research is a qualitative study intended to provide a clear overall picture and description of the existing problems. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data obtained was analysed based on predetermined indicators by looking at the results of observations, interviews, and documentation from research informants, which were then described in the form of words and sentences, which then became a researcher's conclusion. This research was conducted with informants from the Head of Arallae Village, Kahu Subdistrict, Bone Regency, Village Head Election Committee, Election Supervisor, Elected Village Head Winning Team and Community Leaders of Arallae Village, Kahu Subdistrict, Bone Regency. The results showed that the campaign strategy of the village head candidates in the village head election in Arallae Village, Kahu Subdistrict, Bone Regency used the most effective house-to-house campaign technique because it could communicate and interact directly with the community as seen from the results of the votes obtained compared to the direct mass and indirect mass campaign techniques which were less effective, but could be a driving factor in community participation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of good governance principles in the public services of the capital investment and one-stop integrated services (DPMPTSP) of Sinjai district. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The results of this research show that the application of Good Governance principles has been implemented optimally, because it has been adapted to public service standards including Accountability, Transparency, Rule of Law, Participation and Professionalism. Accountability is created through effective coordination, socialization and communication carried out by officers. Transparency is created by openness of information conveyed to the public both on social media and directly at the DPMPTSP office of Sinjai district. creation of legal rules with the existence of service operational standards which are the basic reference in serving the community. The creation of professionalism by assessing the performance of exemplary employees every 6 months means that DPMPTSP employees are pressured to always be professional in carrying out their duties and obligations in serving the community. The output of this research is as a scientific work or reference for future researchers related to the application of Good Governance principles in the Sinjai Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service (DPMPTSP).
