<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kepemilikan Senjata Api Tanpa Izin Pada Suku Atam oleh Kepolisian Resor Manokwari Selatan; (2) Untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kepemilikan Senjata Api Tanpa Izin Pada Suku Atam oleh Kepolisian Resor Manokwari Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kepemilikan Senjata Api Tanpa Izin Pada Suku Atam oleh Kepolisian Resor Manokwari Selatan kurang ditegakkan. (2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kepemilikan Senjata Api Tanpa Izin Pada Suku Atam oleh Kepolisian Resor Manokwari Selatan adalah faktor substansi hukum dan faktor budaya hukum masyarakat. Adapun faktor yang paling berpengaruh dalam penelitian ini adalah faktor Budaya Hukum Masyarakat. The aim of the research is to analyze the Law Enforcement of the Possession of Firearms Without a Permit in the Atam Tribe by the South Manokwari Resort Police; (2) To analyze and explain the factors that influence Law Enforcement Against the Possession of Firearms Without a Permit in the Atam Tribe by the South Manokwari Resort Police. This study uses empirical legal research. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Law Enforcement Against the Possession of Firearms Without a Permit in the Atam Tribe by the South Manokwari Police is not enforced. (2) The factors that influence the Law Enforcement of the Possession of Firearms Without a Permit in the Atam Tribe by the South Manokwari Resort Police are the factor of legal substance and the factor of the legal culture of the community.
