Abstract

The management of goods and vehicles assets in an institution requires an effective system so that the process of recording, tracking, and maintaining assets can be carried out in a structured and efficient manner. AMIK Luwuk Banggai still faces obstacles in remembering periodic service schedules and vehicle tax payments, because the reminder process is still carried out manually and relies on conventional records. This poses a risk of maintenance delays and administrative fines due to late tax payments. Therefore, this research is focused on the design and development of a web-based goods and vehicle asset management information system equipped with automatic notification features through Telegram Bot integration. The system development in this study uses the Waterfall approach which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Research data was obtained through interview methods with the management, observation of the running process, and literature review from various sources related to information systems and automatic notification technology. The system built utilizes mobile web technology to be easily accessible through mobile devices, as well as supporting work efficiency with a simple and responsive interface. The test results show that the system is able to provide real-time automatic notifications regarding maintenance service schedules and vehicle tax payment dues. Integration with Telegram Bot has proven to be effective in increasing the speed of information delivery, reducing the risk of delays, and giving users the flexibility to receive reminders on platforms that are familiar with everyday use. In addition, the implementation of the system also improves the overall efficiency of asset management because every asset information can be well documented, easily tracked, and integrated in a single platform.

Abstract

Correspondence administration is one of the vital aspects in supporting the effectiveness of communication, coordination, and documentation in the government environment. In the context of the Banggai Islands Police Department, the letter administration function has a strategic role because this institution is tasked with coordinating political affairs and fostering national insight which requires a fast, precise, and well-documented flow of information. However, facts in the field show that the mail administration process is still carried out manually, so it is prone to causing various problems. Some of the main obstacles that arise include the risk of losing documents, delays in distributing information, and difficulties in finding and searching for urgently needed mail archives. This condition has the potential to hinder the smooth running of services and reduce the quality of public administration governance. This research aims to design and build an integrated digital-based mail administration information system, in order to answer these challenges. The methodology used includes analyzing user needs, system design, application implementation, and testing stages to ensure system performance runs according to expectations. With the digitization of the mail administration process, it is hoped that it can increase efficiency in recording and distributing documents, speed up archive searches through structured databases, and present accurate and transparent reports. The results of this research are expected to be able to make a real contribution to bureaucratic modernization efforts, especially in the Banggai Islands Police Department. The information system developed not only simplifies document governance, but also supports the principles of accountability, transparency, and public services that are more responsive to the needs of the community. Thus, the implementation of this system is expected to be a strategic step in realizing a more professional and information technology-based government administration.

Abstract

Tracer study merupakan salah satu instrumen penting yang digunakan oleh perguruan tinggi untuk mengevaluasi kualitas lulusan serta mengukur relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Melalui tracer study, institusi dapat memperoleh informasi mengenai profil alumni, keterlibatan mereka di dunia kerja, serta kesesuaian antara kompetensi yang diperoleh selama perkuliahan dengan tuntutan profesi yang dijalani. Namun, pelaksanaan tracer study secara manual masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti keterbatasan jangkauan responden, proses pengolahan data yang memakan waktu lama, serta kesulitan dalam penyusunan laporan yang terstruktur dan akurat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Tracer Study berbasis web pada AMIK Luwuk Banggai yang diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi atas permasalahan tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem yang dibangun dirancang agar dapat mengelola data alumni secara terpusat, menyediakan fasilitas pengisian kuesioner tracer study secara daring, serta menghasilkan laporan dalam bentuk tabel maupun grafik yang interaktif. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu berjalan dengan baik, memberikan kemudahan bagi alumni dalam memberikan respon, serta mempermudah pihak kampus dalam memantau data tracer study secara real-time. Selain itu, integrasi data yang terpusat meminimalkan risiko kehilangan data serta meningkatkan efisiensi proses analisis. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pelaksanaan tracer study di AMIK Luwuk Banggai menjadi lebih efektif, efisien, dan akurat. Data yang dihasilkan tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk evaluasi internal, tetapi juga mendukung kebutuhan institusi dalam proses akreditasi program studi maupun akreditasi institusi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi tracer study merupakan langkah strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas manajemen data alumni serta memperkuat daya saing perguruan tinggi.
