<![CDATA[ABSTRAKWilayah Tapal Kuda masih sering kali dianggap sebagai wilayah tertinggal diantara wilayah lainnya di Jawa Timur dengan dibuktikan rendahnya perolehan PAD kabupaten/kota diwilayah tersebut. Secara sepintas sektor basis kabupaten/kota wilayah Tapal Kuda adalah Sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, dan Perikanan sesuai dengan letak geografis wilayah Tapal Kuda. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui sebaran sektor basis dan sektor non basis masing – masing kabupaten/kota wilayah Tapal Kuda dengan analisis LQ dan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh sektor basis dan sektor non basis terhadap PAD wilayah Tapal Kuda. Selanjutnya, kajian ini memiliki temuan bahwa masing – masing kabupaten/kota wilayah Tapal Kuda mengalami perbedaan sebaran dan terjadi pergesaran sektor basis dan sektor non basis disetiap tahunnya. Selain itu, sektor basis dan sektor non basis diketahui berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD diwilayah Tapal Kuda baik secara simultan maupun parsial.Kata Kunci: PAD, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, PDRB, Sektor Basis, Sektor Non Basis.ABSTRACTThe Horseshoe region is still often regarded as an underdeveloped region among other regions in East Java, as evidenced by the low PAD of regencies/municipalities in the region. At first glance, the basic sectors of the regencies/municipalities of the Horseshoe region are the Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Sectors in accordance with the geographical location of the Horseshoe region. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the distribution of basic sectors and non-basic sectors in each regency/city in the Horseshoe region using LQ analysis and regression analysis to determine the influence of basic sectors and non-basic sectors on PAD in the Horseshoe region. Furthermore, this study found that each district/city in the Horseshoe region experienced differences in distribution and shifts in the basic and non-basic sectors in each year. In addition, the basic sector and non-basic sector are known to have a significant effect on PAD in the Horseshoe region both simultaneously and partially.Keywords: PAD, Economic Growth, GRDP, Base Sector, Non-Base Sector.]]>
