Abstract

Dalam perekonomian global saat ini, UMKM atau Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah memainkan peran penting dalam roda pertumbuhan ekonomi. Usaha yang dikategorikan sebagai UMKM dilihat dari pendapatan pertahun, jumlah karyawan dan aset yang dimiliki. MM Acc merupakan salah satu bagian dari UMKM di bidang jasa yang ada di karawang. Observasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil dari tingkat literasi keuangan yang dimiliki pelaku umkm MM Acc. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, keyakinan, sikap dan perilaku. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam hasil observasi ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh didapatkan dari hasil wawancara. Seperti yang kita ketahui perkembangan teknologi terus berjalan dan handphone menjadi salah satu kebutuhan dasar untuk mengakses informasi secara mudah dan menjadi alat yang memudahkan dalam berkomunikasi. Maka dari itu tercipta ide usaha yang menjual kelengkapan handphone dan berbagai aksesoris. Hasil dari pembahasan berupa pengetahuan keuangan dasar, pengelolaan uang, manajemen pengkreditan, tabungan dan investasi, dan manajemen resiko yang diterapkan oleh MM Acc.

Abstract

This research is a study on the Analysis of Product Sales on Credit at NR Beauty Care in Lemahabang District. This study aims to determine how product sales on credit at NR Beauty Care and analyze how product sales on credit can increase revenue. The method used in this research is qualitative. The results of this study indicate that product sales on credit are given to NR Beauty Care customers who have joined for at least 3 months. The credit facility given to customers still refers to the terms of credit sales that apply at NR Beauty Care by checking in advance about the character of the customer, the activeness of the customer in buying products at NR Beauty Care, and customers who are loyal to NR Beauty Care. NR Beauty Care takes a profit of 2-3% from each product. Based on the results and discussion that has been stated in this article that credit sales aim to help customers, especially reseller customers, to develop their business. If credit is channeled for business development or opening a new business, it will increase their income as well as reduce unemployment. The difference in revenue from credit and cash sales each month reaches Rp. 82,127,000, so selling products on credit at NR Beauty Care is effective for increasing revenue. The results of this study are used as input for NR Beauty Care owners in selling products on credit appropriately, making commitments with customers to avoid late payments and creating good relationships with customers. In addition, to increase revenue NR Beauty Care owners can utilize other E-commerce promotional media.

Abstract

The development of the modern retail business is currently growing rapidly and has spread throughout Indonesia. Currently around us we can see various modern retail stores such as Alfamart, Indomart, Supermarkets and other modern stores that have appeared in residential areas near the community. Tabanan Regency is one of the provincial governments in Bali where there are many retail businesses like today, especially in the Kerambitan area. The price tag is the product price printed on the front of the object. Price labels act as a tool for consumers to more easily see the price of the product they are buying and directly see the price of the product listed on the shelf. This research aims to analyze product price labels in determining sales at Alfamidi Dawuan Cikampek. This research method is the Qualitative Descriptive method, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects. Data collection techniques were collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data presentation, Based on research data from October-December 2023, it shows that the month with the best product sales achievements is the product that is always included in the price label product list with the highest sales achievements of the 5 products during the last 3 months.
