Abstract

This incinerator machine has a size of 750mm x 850mm x 2196.4mm. This incinerator machine process heats the boiler which becomes steam heat from the process so that it can generate electricity.The aim of the researchers is to optimize the incinerator from previous research to improve its performance, as well as to test the work of the optimized tool to find out the improvements that can be achieved after the tool is modified.Modifications to the tool were made by adding a hopper to make it easier to put waste into the incinerator, and changing the roof of the incinerator and adding a pipe to remove smoke from the combustion products to make it more optimal.The test results using wood waste and household waste with as much as 25.5 kg takes 2 hours and the burning rate is 12.75 kg/hour. To reach the maximum limit of 6 bar it takes 25-35 minutes of burning. After being developed, the incinerator produced an efficiency of 94.1%.
