Abstract

In the Industrial Revolution 4.0, which integrates information and communication technologies into industry, information and computer technology skills are crucial. These abilities help people use technology and get better jobs. In the increasingly competitive digital age, computer information technology abilities improve a nation's competitiveness globally. These skills can reduce Indonesia's youth and adult unemployment rates. The study visualizes data on the proportion of adolescents and adults with information and computer technology (ICT) skills by province in Indonesia to determine the percentage of equal distribution of ICT skills to improve the quality of human resources in ICT. The data visualization of Adolescents and Adults with Information and Computer Technology Skills (ICT) in Indonesia showed that DI Yogyakarta had the highest percentage at 98.74%, indicating that most of the population has ICT skills.  Papua province has the lowest proportion, 33.06%, indicating that most locals lack IT and computer abilities.

Abstract

The development of information technology has encouraged companies to implement computerized systems to improve service quality. PT. Caraka Trans Jakarta still rents motorbikes by phone or by having the renter come directly to the location, making it difficult to obtain information about motorbike availability quickly. Furthermore, unintegrated recording has the potential to lead to manipulation of rental and financial data. This study used qualitative methods with observation and interview techniques, while a SWOT analysis was used as the basis for system design. The results produced a web-based motorbike rental information system using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database that supports the rental, payment, return, and data management processes by the admin. Based on a feasibility analysis of technological, operational, and legal aspects, the system was declared feasible to implement. The implementation of the system can speed up the rental process, simplify transactions, reduce the potential for data manipulation, and improve service efficiency for renters..
