Abstract

Biology learning management is very important in an effective and efficient biology teaching and learning process. With biology learning management, the teacher plans, organizes, leads, and evaluates learning materials. This study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses in biology learning management for class X at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram and provide insights for further improvement and development. This type of research is descriptive evaluative research with a quantitative approach. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that the good category for each stage of biology learning management was 81% starting from the planning stage, 75% organizing, 80% leadership, and 83% evaluation. Some of the obstacles encountered by teachers in biology learning management at SMA Negeri 3 Mataram were that teachers had difficulty planning/determining methods and models to be used in the learning process, teachers were not assertive in directing students to form groups, and teachers were unable to maintain student focus due to the organization of learning resources right.

Abstract

The concept of learning is currently trying to realize learning by utilizing technology to suit the times and the era of globalization. This development aims to make it easier for students to understand the concept of the digestive system interactively and efficiently in android-based learning media. This research method uses descriptive evaluative with a quantitative approach. The validation results from media experts, material validation, and product users were calculated and analyzed using quantitative data analysis techniques, and it was concluded that Android-based interactive media developed from Adobe Animate 2022 is suitable for use as a learning medium. This research succeeded in producing interactive multimedia products in biology subjects. The positive response results of students in the limited class trial obtained a score of 3.5 from a maximum score of 4 scores, this indicates that the application developed is feasible to be implemented in learning.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kegiatan kewirausahaan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Mataram. Model pelatihan yang digunakan adalah EICCoIE yaitu exploration, identification, collaboration, coaching clinic, implementation dan evaluation. Terdapat 8 bidang usaha yang teridentifikasi dari hasil pelatihan yaitu bidang kuliner, kecantikan, fashion, handycraft, jasa, souvenir, transportasi dan alat tulis kantor. Dari 8 ide awal yang teridentifikasi dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok bidang usaha yaitu kuliner, kecantikan, fashion dan jasa. Kolaborasi mahasiswa pada masing-masing bidang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan bidang usaha tersebut dan mengatasi segala permasalahan yang muncul. Coaching clinic dilaksanakan 2 tahap yaitu tahap pemberian materi dan pendampingan praktek pembuatan produk. Implementasi kegiatan usaha mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi yaitu dengan dibukanya warung mini Kebun Kopi Biologi yang menjual produk hasil pelatihan serta produk mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, keuntungan yang didapatkan tiap bulan yaitu sebesar Rp 1.250.000,00. Disepakati pembagian keuntungan sebesar 30% untuk pengelola usaha, 50% untuk pemilik produk dan 20% untuk Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi. Keuntungan program studi selanjutnya nantinya akan digunakan untuk pengembangan usaha bagi kelompok mahasiswa usaha berikutnya sehingga kewirausahaan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan.
