Abstract

This research is oriented towards presenting the process of optimizing the application of gender education-based integrative thematic learning media using damar kurung culture. This research refers to literature study and data analysis conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Manisrenggo. The results obtained are that the integrative thematic learning model has not been applied optimally, even though it should have been implemented in schools that implement the 2013 curriculum. Damar kurung with the theme of gender education is one of the options for utilizing integrative thematic learning media. This research can provide benefits to the next generation in increasing their insight and awareness regarding the existence of local learning media potential with damar kurung media innovation. Damar kurung can also be utilized as a source of information and reference regarding integrative thematic learning media based on gender education. Damar kurung as a cultural wealth in Indonesia should continue to be preserved by the next generation of the nation, namely students and various groups so that Indonesian culture can always be maintained and enjoyed in the future

Abstract

Indonesia's forests continue to shrink due to forest fires. Indonesia's deforestation rate for 2019-2020 is 115.5 thousand hectares. The use of manual methods for forest monitoring is considered less effective because it requires a long time and a lot of resources. Natural and weather conditions affect the implementation of forest monitoring to prevent forest fires. Based on these problems, the author offers an innovation in FITSBOT (Fire Smart Robot) technology. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The result of this research is a quadcopter with integrated artificial intelligence based on YOLO for forest monitoring. This technology is expected to facilitate forest monitoring in order to take preventive measures and early detection of forest fires.

Abstract

The shallot commodity is an important agricultural commodity for the food economy, its price often experiences a high increase especially when entering the dry season. The current constraints of shallot farming spend more time and energy because the whole process is done manually which makes farmers experience losses and incur more costs. To overcome these obstacles, researchers innovate to offer Smart Shallot Farming, this system can be applied to shallot farming to simplify and save the cost of maintaining shallot plants. This innovation in shallot farming will simplify and save the cost of shallot plant maintenance. The application of Salfarm on shallot farming is expected to be a technological innovation to improve national resilience in agriculture.
