This Study aim to analyze inspection contribution quality of and fishery certification to Original Earnings of Area Town Maluku. Result of calculation, shown that regression coefessien inspection retribution quality of and certification result of fishery to original earnings area in Town MalukuÂ equal to its 0,806 meaning if inspection retribution quality of and certification result of fishery increase/mounting equal to 1% hence growth fishery retribution will mount equal to 80,6Â %. This study use obtained second data from Statistical Bureau CenterÂ Town Maluku. Data hereinafter analysis by using quantitative Analysis by using regression method and also verification examination of proven hypothesis that there are influence inspection retribution quality of and certification result of fishery to growth original earnings are.

Virus Corona juga telah mewabah di Indonesia sejak awal Maret 2021 sampai 17 Juni 2021 terdapat 1.950.276 kasus positif terkonfimasi tersebar di 34 provinsi dan 415 Kabupaten/Kota, yang meninggal 53.753 orang, sedangkan yang sembuh 1.771.220 orang (Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan COVID-19 Indonesia, 2021). Dampak yang ditimbulkan dari pandemi telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Demi menjaga pertumbuhan ekonomi, pemerintah memberikan stimulus supaya perekonomian dapat bergerak lagi. Fasilitas pinjaman dana diberikan dalam bentuk kredit, yang terdiri dari kredit modal kerja dan kredit konsumtif yang disalurkan bagi pengusaha untuk memperlancar dan mengembangkan usahanya, serta membantu mendorong pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi kerakyatan, pembangunan dan juga untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup rakyat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, menganalisis faktor suku bunga dan jangka waktu kredit yang mempengaruhi keputusan pengambilan kredit modal kerja pada masa pandemi covid-19. Studi kasus di PT Bank Maluku Malut Cabang Tobelo, jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kredit modal kerja pada masa Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu, menurunnya suku bunga pinjaman, dan jangka waktu kredit yang lebih panjang setidaknya memudahkan debitur untuk terus mengelola usahanya agar tetap bertahan di masa Pandemi Covid-19. Pertumbuhan penyaluran kredit modal kerja secara umum kecukupan modal bank yang diproksikan dengan jangka waktu pinjaman, dan tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah penyaluran kredit modal kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan tingkat signifikan yang positif dari 0,05 sehingga Dari hasil pengolahan SPSS diperoleh besarnya R sguare (r2) adalah sebesar 0.527. Angka tersebut mempunyai maksud bahwa pengaruh kedua variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, secara gabungan pengarunya signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan debitur dalam kredit modal kerja di Bank Maluku, Malut adalah sebesar 52,7% Adapun sisanya sebesar 47,3% dipengharuhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan kata lain, variabel Jangka waktu pinjaman, dan tingkat suku bunga merupakan salah satu faktor penentu pengambilan keputusan debitur dalam kredit modal kerja

This study aims to analyze the influence of community perceptions on the quality of health services at the Suli Public Health Center. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 73 respondents, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The research instruments were proven valid and reliable, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.876 and 0.902. The classical assumption tests normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity were fulfilled, validating the feasibility of linear regression analysis. The results of the simple linear regression show a positive and significant relationship between community perception and service quality, with a regression coefficient of 0.453. The t-test and F-test results also confirm the significance of this influence, with p-values less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.242, indicating that 24.2% of the variation in service quality can be explained by community perception. The findings highlight the important role of community perception in shaping the quality of health services, and suggest that future service improvements should consider public opinion as a key factor.

This study aims to determine empirically the influence of emotional intelligence and the influence of behavior control on career interest as a public accountant. The sample of this study was undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Accountancy, Pattimura University batch 2018, who were still active as many as 140 respondents. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the characteristic of purposive sampling. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires to respondents. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 24 software. The results of the study proved that: (1) The level of Emotional Intelligence of the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pattimura University, Ambon greatly influenced the Career Interest of Being a Public Accountant. (2) The low behavioral control of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pattimura University, Ambon, grestudyâ€™s resultsatly affects the interest in having a career as a public accountant. (3) It shows that the higher the employment intelligence and behavioral control a person has, the higher the career interest in becoming a public accountant.
