Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze the influence of the moral intensity and personality toward to ethical decision-making of information systems users. Ethical decision-making variables measured by perceived ethical problem and behavioral intentions. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between moral intensity with ethical decision making that consists of perceived ethical problems and behavioral intention. The decision process is influenced by perceptions of individual circumstances, so as to provide evidence that supports the importance of the relationship between the intensity of moral and ethical decision making.

Abstract

The aim of this research paper is to evaluate the effect of knowledge management on the adoption of the e-business in driver online service transportation. Research methodology use quantitative approach with associative paradigm. Questionnaires were distributed to 200 driver Grab, Gojek, and Uber in Jakarta. Response rate of 89 percent. Data were analyzed by employing structural equation modeling with partial least square. The results showed that knowledge management processes such as knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination and knowledge application are significant in affecting provider of driver online service transportation decision to adopt e-business in their business.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of e-filling application by tax-payers. Online tax system has received a great attention globally through the development of information technology, which affects the tax administration system. The theory adopted IS Success DeLone and McLean using three variables to measure the effectiveness of e-filling include user satisfaction, information quality, system quality, and service quality. Data collected through surveys conducted to taxpayers who have used e-filling. PLS SEM and path analysis was applied to test the influences of the quality antecedents to user satisfaction with IS. Path coefficients provided a measure of the importance of each quality antecedent.  Information quality, System quality, and service quality are  positively associated with taxpayer satisfaction

XYZ vocational School in Jakarta is also supported by Information Systems (IS) and other Information Technology (IT) devices in accelerating the business process. The current information systems require new proper improvement concept for further development. Combination of Zachman Framework and RAISE produces an Information System strategic plan that is focused and is in accordance with the management of vocational school.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation Hospital Information System using Technology Acceptance Model approach, which consists of portal design variables, User Abilities and Skills, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Behavioral Intention To Use, Actual System Usage. the results showed that the hospital information system was well received by the patient. the behavior of system users can accept the technology to get ease in doing the hospital administration process.
