Abstract

Status of jihad in Islam is parallel to belief in God, even some scholars jugde jihad as one of the pillars of faith. With such a position, jihad movement attracts all Muslims both men and women. Even in the name of jihad, persons do violence or terror to other groups who are not the same faith with them. This attitude is motivated by a less precise interpretation to the concept of jihad in Islam, that jihad is a physical war. If jihad is interpreted as physical war, so only man who could take a part in jihad, whereas women do not. In fact, when a female “shabahah” asked Muhammad SAW to get involved in a war led by him, then the prophet replied that women’s jihad is in her household, take care of children and serve her husband. This article will strengthen out the true meaning of jihad.

Abstract

This Article discusses how the legal determination commit major sins in the study of Islamic theology, is still said to be a believer or an infidel. The three principal problems is a major issue in this article. Even very surprisingly, the issue first appeared and debate is not a matter of theology, but political problems at the start with the death of the caliph Utsman ibn Affan to the three who were later replaced by the Caliph Ali ibn Abi Talib became Caliph to four. In the reign of Ali ibn Abi Talib these political upheavals began to appear. At the start the challenge and rebellion of the companions of the Prophet himself that Talha and Zubair with the Prophets wife, Aisha ra., Who refused Ali as caliph, Ali ibn abi Talib but can cripple the pemberontaka. Then the uprising Muawiya ibn abi Sufyan ended with the Siffin war , then do tahkim (arbitration) that led to the outbreak of Muslims into three groups at the time , namely Ali ibn abi Talib group, Muawiyah groups and groups Khawarij. Of events tahkim (arbitration) then this is a debate about the commit major sins, faith and kufr.

Abstract

This article discusses the Cooperative Financial Management System At-MT STAIN Pare Pare, where the main focus of study to see if the cooperative at-MT attention to the welfare of its members and adhered to the establishment of cooperative goals are: to help improve the welfare of its members, not to maximize proft cooperative enterprise. Initial observations the authors see that cooperative At-MT STAIN Pare Pare very helpful members. On the other hand, criticism and complaints from sebahagian members, as well as distrust in terms of capital and profts in the can through the division of SHU annually. This research is a feld research, data sources used in this study are: primary data, secondary data, and fnancial management of the cooperative.This study uses data collection techniques: (1). Observation, (2). Interviews, and (3). Document. To analyze the data that has been collected, the data is processed by qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study indicate that: 1. Systems cooperative capital STAIN Pare Pare At-MT consists of principal, save mandatory and voluntary savings of the members of the cooperative. 2. The fnancial performance of cooperative inadequate and has not been managed well seen by the presence of some of the bad loans that have not been resolved by the cooperative management STAIN Pare Pare. 3. The health cooperative AT-MT STAIN Pare Pare is still very far from the standard assessment when returning to the assessment ratio cooperative fnancial services cooperatives (KJK) both in terms of capital, asset quality, proftability, and the quantifcation of management aspects.
