Abstract

Abstract: The performance appraisal process at PT. Angkasa Pura II ARFF Unit is carried out by giving a value and calculating the final result of the employee's performance appraisal. Problems that often occur from PT. Angkasa Pura II ARFF Unit, namely the lack of effectiveness and efficiency of time used where the awarding of employee scores one by one is the performance value of each employee on the assessment sheet for each employee. In addition, there are frequent data input errors, which cause errors in giving the final score to employees and there is also an inaccurate grade for employees, which results in the final score obtained by each employee not being what it should be. In assessing the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura II ARFF Unit uses the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) Method. Employee performance appraisal application at PT. Angkasa Pura II ARFF Unit using the Smart Method can help process employee performance appraisal data for 2022, namely the employee with the best performance assessment, namely Gilang M Sandi, in making decisions. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the employee performance appraisal application at PT. Angkasa Pura II ARFF Unit is running well and as expected and can provide information on the results of employee performance appraisal through the stages of the SMART Method by sorting the highest value to the lowest value.Keywords: smart method; employee performance; PT. Angkasa pura ii; ARFF unit Abstrak: Proses penilaian kinerja di PT. Angkasa Pura II Unit ARFF dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai dan menghitung hasil akhir penilaian kinerja karyawan tersebut. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dari Pihak PT. Angkasa Pura II Unit ARFF ,yaitu kurang efektifnya serta efisiensi waktu yang digunakan dimana pemberian nilai karyawan satu persatu nilai kinerja pada masing-masing karyawan pada lembar penilaian setiap karyawan. Selain itu sering terjadinya kesalahan input data, yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam memberikan nilai akhir karyawan dan juga terdapat pemberian nilai yang tidak akurat pada karyawan, yang mengakibatkan nilai akhir yang diperoleh masing-masing karyawan tidak sesuai dengan yang seharusnya. Dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan PT. Angkasa Pura II Unit ARFF menggunakan Metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). Aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II Unit ARFF dengan menggunakan Metode Smart ini dapat membantu mengolah data penilaian kinerja karyawan Tahun 2022 yaitu karyawan dengan penilaian hasil kinerja terbaik yaitu Gilang M Sandi dalam pengambilan keputusan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II Unit ARFF berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai yang diharapkan serta dapat memberikan informasi hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan melalui tahapan dari Metode SMART dengan mengurutkan nilai tertinggi ke nilai terendah.Kata kunci: metode smart; kinerja karyawan; PT.
