Abstract

This study aims to find out how the impact caused by the dynamics of society and culture on changes in the Nagari Salayo community, Solok Regency and what efforts can be made. This study uses qualitative research methods to make it easier for researchers to describe research in an open and in-depth manner regarding research problems. The research was conducted in Nagari Salayo, Solok Regency. The data sources studied by researchers used qualitative research methods based on positivism philosophy, as research informants namely the nagari guardian, the community and the parties involved. The research results obtained in this case the dynamics of society will continue to develop and grow over time. The process between humans and culture is an aspect that is interrelated so that the impact can be both positive and negative. Cultural changes in Nagari Salayo towards the lives of the surrounding community, namely where the existence of a new culture that collaborates with the old culture makes the community less culotte and people's thinking becomes more developed because the incoming culture is adjusted to the times and the old culture which previously existed in the village of Selayo. The efforts made by the people of Nagari Salayo are to continue to adapt according to the existing conditions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas Penggunaan Sepeda Listrik berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor PM 45 Tahun 2020 di Kota Padang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunakan analisis data berdasarkan indikator pengukuran efektivitas menurut Gibson. Informan dalam penelitian adalah Dinas Perhubungan Kota Padang, pengguna sepeda listrik serta masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari lima indikator pengukuran efektivitas yakni produktivitas, efisiensi, kepuasan, adaptasi serta perkembangan, hanya tiga indikator pengukuran efektivitas yang terpenuhi di kota Padang yakni produktivitas, efisiensi dan adaptasi sedangkan dua dari indikator efektivitas lainnya yakni kepuasan dan perkembangan tidak terpenuhi dalam penggunaan sepeda listrik di kota Padang. Kata Kunci: Permenhub Nomor PM 45 Tahun 2020, Efektivitas, Sepeda Listrik. Abstract: This research aims to see the effectiveness of using electric bicycles based on Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 45 of 2020 in the City of Padang. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach using data analysis based on effectiveness measurement indicators according to Gibson. The informants in the research were the Padang City Transportation Department, electric bicycle users and the community. Based on the research findings, it shows that of the five effectiveness measurement indicators, namely productivity, efficiency, satisfaction, adaptation and development, only three effectiveness measurement indicators are met in the city of Padang, namely productivity, efficiency and adaptation, while two of the other effectiveness indicators, namely satisfaction and development, are not met. in the use of electric bicycles in the city of Padang.
