Abstract

The problems faced by this clothing sewing business are that partners do not focus enough on developing marketing management, partners rely more on conventional marketing systems, and the business location is not very strategic. This makes it difficult for their business to be known by the wider community, which becomes an obstacle in developing their business. This activity aims to provide a solution to the problems being faced, namely by implementing marketing management using internet media (online). With the socialization and training of online marketing management, it is hoped that it will broaden the insight of MSMEs in utilizing the internet as an online promotional medium to introduce their business to the wider community and increase their business turnover. The result of this activity is that business actors in the clothing sewing service sector in the Pesisir Barat hamlet of Camplong Beach have knowledge in using social media and the internet as a means to promote their business.

Abstract

This Community Service (PkM) aims to analyze smart users in using social media which is implemented in teaching and learning activities at Vocational High Schools, especially at State Vocational High School (SMKN) 2 Sampang. This emerged as a response to forms of learning that developed in the new era. The concept of implementing social media in learning is an effort to utilize social media as a tool in technology-based learning. The approach used in this research is qualitative with a case study type in order to explore the problem in depth and comprehensively capture the meaning of what occurs in the field. The PKM location is at SMKN 2 Sampang. Community service is carried out by smart users so that students can know that the benefits of digital are not only for personal interests, but can also be used for entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Peranan teknologi dan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan efisien akan sangat mendukung kelancaran pada sektor ekonomi dan bisnis yang semakin maju. Teknologi kecerdasan atau artificial intellegent (AI) buatan menjadi salah satu inovasi bagi sektor industri pada e-commerce. Penggunaan e-commerce Pembeli sering mengalami kebingungan dalam menyeleksi item produk yang ditawarkan. Melalui kecerdasan buatan menawarkan solusi agar meningkatkan penawaran di e-commerce, yaitu: (a) personalisasi konten, (b) otomatisasi proses, dan (c) prediksi perilaku konsumen yang lebih akurat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan pada pelanggan UMKM Sampang yang menjadi pelanggan di e-commerce Shopee. Penerapan AI pada Shopee diharpkan dapat memberikan pertumbuhan yang baik dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan.
