Abstract

The research aims to find out the use of  Instagram social media to increase the   career maturity of grade XII  students  in Senior   High School. This study  uses the   method  A mix of interviews  and questionnaires  distributed through google forms and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The result of this study is that Instagram social media deserves to be a medium used by counseling guidance teachers in organizing career guidance because it can help students to explore their careers. Based on the usefulness, ease of access, and attractiveness of career information presented through the isntagram media, all aspects received a very good response, shown by a percentage of > 70%.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a guidance and counseling program to improve the empathy ability of regular students towards students with special needs grade X at SMA CIS Depok. This study is based on the findings of the assessment results using the IRI (Interpersonal Reactivity Index) instrument which shows that the empathy level of regular students is still low so that it often disturbs ABK students, The method used in this study is reaseach and development.  The final result of this research is in the form of producing a product for the development of guidance and counseling programs to improve students' empathy skills.
