SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi efforts in creating religious culture in schools, especially religious awareness students have some program activities. This is done as a means of support in the realization of religious consciousness in students because the learning process of Islamic Religious Education class can not be expected to be optimal in creating religious awareness in students. Based on the above background, the issues to be addressed in this study is how the effort to create awareness of religious schools on the students of SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi. In this study the authors used a descriptive approach in which psychological researchers describe the circumstances in a holistic manner and then analyze it in the form of words in order to obtain the views as his world view. This study describes and analyzes the researcher an overview of the religious consciousness of students of SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi and the efforts made in creating awareness of religious schools on the students of SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi. Results of research conducted found that: first, the establishment of religious awareness in students of SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi is due to the synergy of integrated prorgam on religious activities conducted by the school. Second, the means to raise awareness in students of religion are closely related to the learning process among the Islamic Religious Education class, the school efforts in this regard is the concept of character education and learning methods against these problems in Islamic Education. Third, the realization of religious awareness in students of SMP Negeri 5 Ngawi is inseparable from the moral commitment of all components used to behave in a school based on religious values, one exemplary and disciplined attitude exemplified Principal Junior High School 5 Ngawi

Abstract: The concept of self is an individual's knowledge about himself and affect his relationship with others. Through the concept of human beings learn to understand yourself and others that affect the individual's ability in interpersonal relationship. Individuals perceive or assess itself will seem obvious from all his behavior, in other words the person's behavior will be in accordance with the way individuals perceive and judge for himself. This article aims to describe the concept of self and interpersonal communication at high school student Karya Pembangunan Paron, Ngawi who comes from a family of TKI, academic year 2015/2016. The subject amounts to 4 students by using qualitative research phenomenological-methods. The research found that; (a) the subject matter also shows a less passionate and excited about in terms of development and the attainment of self because it felt did not have adequate capability to achieve the ideal expectations; (b) the communication is done subject by parents who live in the House (father/mother) went well for the subject who lives the same House. For subjects who do not live the same House stated their communication less smoothly; (c) indirect communication Patterns done the subject with his parents is not effective because it felt the messages carried not optimal. In addition because of limited time, communication is done indirectly could not capture the gesture and expression of the caller so that less satisfied.Keywords: High School Students, TKI, Concepts Of Self, Interpersonal Communication

This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values into early childhood education management through a play-based approach at TK Aisyiyah Kedunggudel. The research used a qualitative case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings show that Islamic games such as asmaul husna cards, prayer movement guessing, and prophetic story drama effectively instill values of honesty, responsibility, empathy, and love for Allah and the Prophet. These games are systematically integrated into the daily lesson plans and supported by structured management, including value documentation through children's portfolios. Islamic play also significantly enhances children’s spiritual and social intelligence. However, challenges remain, such as limited game media and teachers’ skills in designing contextual games. The study recommends strengthening teacher capacity and developing an Islamic play-based curriculum to improve the overall quality of early childhood education management.

This research is quantitative associative field research. There were 100 6th grade female students as the population of this study. 100 people were the sample. Sampling is determined bySatisfied Random Sampling. The method used is the data collection method (institutional documents) and the questionnaire method with questionnaires, while the analysis method uses IBM SPSS version 20.0 (statistics 20 license authorization wizard). From the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that: (1 The Nisaiyyah learning outcomes of grade 6 female students are good as indicated by an average score of 66.29. (2 The life skills scores of grade 6 female students are good which is indicated by an average value of 62.62. (3 There is no strong influence between Nisaiyyah learning outcomes on the life skills of class 6 CLASS 6 female students as determined by the results of the t test, the researcher obtained the results "t count"< more smaller than the "t table" of 1.98127 > 0.131 at a significance of 0.05 > 0.896. So, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. So, it can be concluded that there is no influence between the learning outcomes of Nisaiyyah subjects on the life skills of female students. class 6 CLASS 6 at Pondok Modern Assalam. Based on this research, it is hoped that: (1 For CLASS 6 Education (kulliyatu-l Mu'allimat al-Islamiyah) at Pondok Modern Assalam Girls' Campus to be an evaluation in every Nisaiyyah practice activity and the value of student learning outcomes. (2 Nisaiyyah Subject Teachers to continue provide enthusiasm and motivation to carry out practice outside the classroom properly and correctly with the female students and the value of life skills practice remains the best. (3 Students to continue to be enthusiastic in learning and practicing Nisaiyyah activities, so that the balance between the value of learning outcomes and the practice of life skills remains best.

Regional Leadership Council Dikdasmen Muhammadiyah (PDM), Sidoarjo in quantity supervises approximately 32 elementary and middle schools. Of the many schools that can be categorized as qualited school (superior), there is no doubt it can be counted on the fingers and in the urban area or housing, From the background above, can be formulated in some problem which will be found the answer through this research, namely : How does the role of PDM Dikdasmen Assembly Sidoarjo period of 2005-2010 on improve education standards Muhammadiyah schools in Sidoarjo, response and hope Muhammadiyah schools associated with the role of PDM Sidoarjo Dikdasmen Assembly and what factors are to be supporting and inhibiting the Assembly Dikdasmen PDM Sidoarjo in improving education standards Muhammadiyah schools in the district. Sidoarjo. This research is qualitative, that is an approach to research that produces descriptive data in the form of written data / oral of people and behaviors that can be observed. The results of this study demonstrate the role of assembly-related increase in the standard of education in schools is still quite minimal, both in the program of activities and intensity of activities undertaken. Responses related to the school board's role in improving educational standards in schools, most provide an assessment is even likely still minimal. While the expectations conveyed by the school big enough for assembly further improve its performance in accordance with the functions and roles, improving education standards by a panel of Sidoarjo Dikdasmen PDM has several contributing factors as well as inhibiting factors. Among the supporting factors (1) assembly Dikdasmen PDM Sidoarjo managed by people who are professionals in the field of education, (2) assembly has a fairly harmonious relationship with the education office in Sidoarjo, (3) the existence of excellent schools that can be utilized by the council to help provide guidance. The inhibiting factors, including (1) personal busyness each assembly, (2) the large number of schools is the responsibility of the assembly and spread throughout the district of Sidoarjo (3) lack of budget funds that are owned by the council.

This Research aim to to know the performance picture learn at SD Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassardan relation among style of headmaster leadership with the performance of teacher of Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar This Research represent the quantitative research While pursuant to its source, this research use the primary data that is data collected by researcher by xself / passing division kuesioner to responder in this case is teacher of at SD wahdah islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar. with the responder amount as much 36 people. Method of data collecting use the kuesioner with the scale model the likert. Data obtained to be processed with the descriptive statistical analysis. Data processing done by using SPSS version 20 Pursuant to research result indicate that the Style of headmaster leadership be at the high category with the descriptive analysis result equal to 95% and performance gurupun be at the high category with the percentage 100%. style of headmaster Leadership with the teacher performance own the very strong relation assess the value of koofisien correlation of equal to 0,823 and style applied by headmaster of at Elementary School Wahdah Islamiyah 01 Antang Makassar democratic leadership style

This study aims to describe the role of the principal in improving teacher performance at MTsN 1 Makassar City which includes several sub-activities. The research approach used is a qualitative approach using field research. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques used include data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. Testing the validity of the data is done through a credibility test that includes triangulation.The results of the study show that, based on the results of data analysis and discussion of the leadership role of the principal in improving teacher performance at MTsN 1 Makassar City, it can be concluded that the principal has carried out his leadership role in improving teacher performance at MTsN 1 Makassar City well. In carrying out his role the principal has adopted a leadership style that is democratic, straightforward and open, prepares time to communicate with school members, emphasizes teachers and school members to be disciplined, and conducts class visits

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis relevansi pemikiran pembaruan (tajdid) Muhammadiyah dalam merespons tantangan transformasi sosial dan teknologi pada pendidikan tinggi Islam di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan analisis konten terhadap sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder terkait reformisme Islam, modernisasi pendidikan, dan transformasi digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma Islam berkemajuan dan etos modernisasi K.H. Ahmad Dahlan—yang menekankan integrasi iman, ilmu, dan amal—tetap relevan sebagai fondasi epistemologis dan operasional bagi perguruan tinggi Muhammadiyah. Prinsip tajdid memberikan kerangka adaptif untuk menjawab tantangan perubahan struktur sosial, digitalisasi pembelajaran, serta tuntutan literasi digital yang beretika. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa visi pembaruan Muhammadiyah berpotensi strategis dalam membentuk model pendidikan tinggi yang responsif, bernalar ilmiah, dan berakar pada nilai-nilai Islam humanistik, sekaligus membuka agenda riset lanjutan tentang integrasi etika AI, kurikulum kontekstual, dan tata kelola kampus digital berbasis nilai. Kata Kunci: Tajdid Muhammadiyah, Transformasi Sosial, Transformasi Teknologi, Pendidikan Tinggi Islam, Islam Berkemajuan
