Abstract

This study aims to determine how the characteristics of problems, policies and environments on the implementation of financial management policies at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Taliabu Island Regency.This research uses qualitative research methods with a grounded theory approach. The results showed that the characteristics of the problem of implementing financial management policies at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Taliabu Island Regency are still difficult to communicate matters in financial techniques because the human resources in BPPKAD are still lacking and limited. The implementation of regional financial management policies at BKPSDM in the Taliabu Island Regency Government has been clearly stated in Law No. 33 of 2014. Community groups influence the policy implementation process both in the nature of supporting the program and those opposing the program.

Abstract

The purpose of the study; determine the amount of costs, income and profit of vaname shrimp business feasibility cultivation in kaiyasa village, North Oba sub-district. The data used are secondary and primary data, using descriptive kuntitaf method, the results of research on the potential of land and socio-economic community of kaiyasa village is feasible to do vaname shrimp farming, the results of the feasibility study analysis of vaname shrimp will be profitable and the income of the village community Kaiyasa, for the enlargement of vaname shrimp has a very high demand in the market

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the economic sector and economic change in Halmahera Seletan district, secondary data from 2019-2023, descriptive quantitative research methods, LQ and SSA analysis tools. The results of the study, the economic sector which is the basic sector is in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries economic sector, the mining and quarrying sector, the manufacturing sector, the water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling, the construction sector, the wholesale and retail trade sector, car and motorcycle repair, and the real estate sector, the education services sector, the health services sector and social activities, the economic sector is the basic sector but the regional component of the economic sector in South Halmahera district does not have economic growth, But in the proportional growth component (proportional shift) is a developed economic sector to be developed, the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sector, the mining and quarrying sector, the processing industry sector, the water supply sector, waste management, waste and recycling, the construction sector, the wholesale and retail trade sector, car and motorcycle repair is a basic sector but in the competitiveness share this sector is not a sector that has high economic competitiveness within the South Halmahera district area and economic sectors from other regions.)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transparency and accountability on the management of village fund in Soagimalaha Village, Kota Maba Subdistrict, East Halmahera Regency. The variables in this study consist of transparency and accountability as independent variables, and village fund management as the dependent variable. The measurement scale used in this study is the Likert scale. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach, and data collection technique using questionnaires. The statistical tests used in this study are validity, reability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) application. The results of this study indicate that: (1) transparency partially has a positive and significant influence on village fund management, (2) accountability has a positive and significant influence on village fund management, and (3) transparency and accountability simultaneously influence village fund management with a contribution value of 52.4%. The remaining 47.6% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how knowledge of financial management which includes planning, recording, reporting and control is applied by the refill water depot business in Nggele Village, Northwest Taliabu District. The qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques carried out in this study was by conducting interviews with three informants regarding financial management which included: budget use, recording, reporting and control which were applied to three depot business owners in Nggele village. The results of this study indicate that: (1) financial planning, the three business depots in Nggele village have fully implemented financial management of financial planning for their businesses. The planned planning is planning the initial capital budget, production budget, sales budget, profit budget and cash reserves. (2) the recording of the three depot businesses has not fully recorded their business. Three of the informants kept records very simply, two other informants did not make any records in their business (3) reporting to the three depot businesses did not make financial reports in their business because the owners did not understand how to prepare financial reports; and (4) the control carried out by the three depot businesses had not been fully carried out in relation to the evaluation of their business, the informants exercised control in managing their finances with the understanding and knowledge of the owner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) on financial performance. The population of this research consists of companies in the consumer services sub-sector listed on the IDX. The sample of this study includes 34 companies based on the following criteria: companies in the consumer services sub-sector listed on the IDX during the 2020–2022 period and companies that published complete and consecutive annual financial reports for 2020–2022. The results show that Economic Value Added (EVA) has a significant and negative effect on financial performance, Financial Value Added (FVA) has no effect on financial performance, and Market Value Added (MVA) has no effect on financial performance. Additionally, the simultaneous test results with a significance value of 0.000338 < 0.05 indicate that Economic Value Added (EVA), Financial Value Added (FVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) collectively have an effect on financial performance
