Abstract

Sale and purchase is an agreement to exchange goods/services that have value, between 2 parties with agreements/conditions justified by syara'. Shari'a means that buying and selling is tried in accordance with the terms, pillars and other matters related to buying and selling. Humans as social beings who live together need one another, hikmah from buying and selling can help humans for this qualitative survival. This study uses a literature research study through novels, diaries and other literature to form a theoretical basis. To examine written sources such as scientific diaries, literature reference novels, encyclopedias, scientific essays, scientific papers and other sources both in writing and in digital formats that are relevant to the object being researched either in the form of text or writing as well as to describe the online shop. Buying and selling in essence is not only consumptive in nature and only has material factors to gain profit in this world, but also essential benefits in the hereafter, of course by paying close attention to the principles of buying and selling which are permissible according to syar'i. At present, business models are emerging using modern technological sophistication. With the development of electronics, it influences aspects of human life, especially in online buying and selling transactions, namely the internet. Technological growth makes it easier for someone to access the internet. This convenience is utilized in fulfilling all daily needs as well as buying and selling transactions of goods or services via the internet/online. Online transactions are the same as offline, which distinguishes the place for transactions in cyberspace, even though they are in different regions. Buying and selling online is permissible if it matches the requirements of Islam. As long as no one is harmed and agrees, buying and selling online is allowed.

Abstract

Character education in early childhood is crucial for the development of personality and morals in the subsequent stages of education. However, it is often not systematically integrated into the learning process. The T3Q Program (Tahsin, Tahfidz, and Tadabbur Qur'an) at Athirah Islamic Kindergarten Bukit Baruga Makassar provides a strategic platform for internalizing Qur'an-based values from an early age, which supports the development of a strong character in children. This study aims to analyze the strategies and roles of teachers in instilling character values in children, as well as to identify the factors that support and hinder this process. The approach used in this study is qualitative phenomenology, where data was collected from the principal, T3Q teachers, classroom teachers, and students through observations, interviews, and document studies. The collected data were then analyzed through stages of data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that teachers play a crucial role in designing value-based learning, being moral role models, facilitating habit formation, managing emotions, interpreting Qur'anic values, evaluating the development of children's character, and linking the school with the family. The main supporting factors include the school’s commitment, program consistency, the teacher's role model, the Islamic culture present in the school, and parental involvement. However, there are also hindering factors such as variations in children's readiness and limited instructional time. The study concludes that consistent integration of character education, supported by the role model of teachers and reinforced through programs like IHF, can effectively instill character values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and care. Close collaboration between school and family is crucial for strengthening the development of children's character. This study emphasizes the role of the T3Q Program in Qur'anic-based character education, as well as the important role of teachers in exemplifying these values and shaping children's character. Future research could explore the long-term impact of these programs and the role of parents in supporting the internalization of character values in children.

Abstract

Education is a system consisting of various interconnected components, such as educational goals, educators, students, the educational environment, and educational tools. The success or failure of education depends not only on schooling but also on the synergy between these factors. This research is a qualitative study using literature review methods to identify the determinants influencing Islamic education, particularly in curriculum development and the formation of students' moral foundations. Each educational system is influenced by a philosophy underlying its educational vision and mission, encompassing views on humans, knowledge, and the ultimate goal of education. This philosophy influences curriculum development oriented toward achieving national educational goals, as well as the development of intellectual, moral, social, and work skills competencies. Furthermore, external factors such as family, environment, media, religion, and educational policy also play a significant role in the formation of students' moral foundations. This research provides insight into the importance of integrating various factors in achieving holistic educational goals. ABSTRAK Pendidikan merupakan sistem yang terdiri dari berbagai komponen yang saling berhubungan, seperti tujuan pendidikan, pendidik, peserta didik, lingkungan pendidikan, dan alat pendidikan. Keberhasilan dan kegagalan pendidikan tidak hanya bergantung pada persekolahan, melainkan pada sinergi antara faktor-faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi pendidikan Islam, khususnya dalam pengembangan kurikulum dan pembentukan landasan moral peserta didik. Setiap sistem pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh filosofi yang mendasari visi dan misi pendidikannya, yang mencakup pandangan tentang manusia, pengetahuan, dan tujuan akhir pendidikan. Filosofi ini memengaruhi pengembangan kurikulum yang berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional, serta pembentukan kompetensi intelektual, moral, sosial, dan keterampilan kerja. Selain itu, faktor eksternal seperti keluarga, lingkungan, media, agama, dan kebijakan pendidikan juga memainkan peran penting dalam pembentukan landasan moral peserta didik. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang pentingnya integrasi berbagai faktor dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang holistik.
