Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuh mengetahui standarisasi spesifik dan non spesifik ekstrak etanol daun Kayu Jawa (Lannea coromandelica). Ekstrak menggunakan metode maserasi etanol 96%, parameter spesifik meliputi organoleptik ekstrak kental menunjukkan berwarna hijau pekat, berbau khas, rasa khas. Mengandung Flavonoid, Alkaloid, saponin, tanin, kuinon. Kadar senyawa larut dalam air sebesar 45,0333%. kadar senyawa yang larut dalam etanol sebesar 24,75%. Parameter non spesifik kadar susut pengeringan sebesar 6,3566%, bobot jenis air sebesar 0,9592 g/ml, rapat jenis ekstrak pengencerang konsentrasi 5% dan 10% sebesar 0,2334 g/ml, dan 0,9592 g/ml, kadar abu total sebesar 10.14%, total cemarang bakteri 6 koloni dan cemaran kapang 256 koloni.

Abstract

Gaya hidup kembali ke alam menjadi trend saat ini dengan memanfaatkan bahan alam sebagai pengobatan, Namun, kebanyakan produsen mempedulikan keamanan dengan mencampurkan bahan kimia dalam jamu yang diproduksi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kandungan bahan kimia obat dalam jamu yang dijual di Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental. Sampelnya kemasan jamu tanpa izin edar dan dianalisis menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian yaitu sampel jamu dengan obat prednison positif dengan kadar jamu A (0,48%) jamu B (0,505 %), jamu C (0,54 %) dan natrium diklofenak positif dengan kadar jamu A (986,7%), jamu B (1.140,3%) jamu C (1.278,25 %).

Abstract

Cosmetics are an inseparable part of women's lives in particular and are used every day. Lotions are widely used to moisturize the skin and to brighten the skin. Lotion can be used for all skin types for teenagers aged 15 years and over. Vitamin C has various benefits, including as an antioxidant against pollution, sun exposure, brightening the skin, delaying the effects of aging, and increasing collagen formation which makes the skin supple, smooth and bright. The aim of the research was to determine the vitamin C content in cosmetic lotions according to the standards/labels circulating in the Maros district. The research was carried out using qualitative analysis methods in the pharmaceutical chemistry analysis laboratory of STIKes Salewangang Maros where the samples were lotion cosmetic products containing vitamin C at kab. Maros as stated on the product packaging/label and analyzed using a Uv-Vis spectrophotometer. The results of the research obtained showed that all lotion cosmetic preparations contained vitamin C with different percentage levels for each concentration, where lotion samples that did not have a distribution permit obtained high levels of Vitamin C, while lotions that had a distribution permit showed high levels of Vitamin C. not excessive, so it is safe to use for a long time.
