Abstract

Problems that occur in managing patient data on Drg. NoorSolikhah clinic such as the redundancy ofdata, patient data search too long, difficulty in seeing the previous patient data history, and the difficultyin determine of action to the patient. The purpose of this research include analyzing and studying theproblems of the system in the patient's medical record Drg. Noor Solikhah and produce a prototypeinformation system that serves as a solution for the problems of the patient's medical record system. Inthis research the tools use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. As for the design of aprototype system using adobe dreamweaver tools, MySQL and HTML programming language. In thisstudy produced a prototype system of medical record information to manage data such as patient data,drug data, the data medical treatment and medical records of patients with the supplied interface systemthat facilitates the inputting of data for users, and these data are stored into a database so that better datastorage as well as facilitate the search data. Recomendation in this research is the design of these systemsneed to be developed so that it can really be applied to the Drg. Noor Solikhah Clinic, and furtherresearch can be equipped with a security system data

Abstract

Bidikmisi educational assistance is given to students who Excel and has limited the ability of theeconomy. Organizers of the program bidikmisi is the universities and private colleges who have selectedKopertis under the Ministry of research, technology and higher education, one of which is IAIN SultanThaha Saifuddin mosque Jambi. The process of registration and processing of data of the recipientbidikmisi in Jambi Sultan Thaha Saifuddin mosque IAIN has not used the integrated information system,thus causing the onset of various obstacles, among others: waste storage media, data access and dataupdates are slow, the incidence of inconsistencies and redundancies in the data, as well as the lack ofaccuracy of the data. Grantee information systems bidikmisi in Jambi Sultan Thaha Saifuddin mosqueIAIN is designed by using the PHP programming language and uses structured modeling techniques inthe form of DFD and ERD to reflect the results of the analysis and design of the system. The output of thisresearch is to design a prototype information system grantee bidikmisi in Jambi Sultan Thaha Saifuddinmosque IAIN, which displays the menu registration participant management, admin, and reports.Expected by the existence of these scholarship recipients information system can contribute to theimprovement of information systems scholarship recipients running Sultan Thaha Saifuddin mosque IAINin Jambi.

Abstract

Currently the sales data processing and computer repair services at Iptek Betara Kabupaten TanjungJabung Barat done conventionally causing some problems, including less extent and duration of thesales area for customer transaction process must come directly to the store to buy a product or just a listof products and prices as well as a service, in the processing of daily sales data is currently not optimal.Where the data is archived in a file and then recorded in the ledger and kept on file. To overcome thisproblem, in this study designed information system sales and web-based computer repair services areexpected to help the efficiency and effectiveness of the Iptek Betara in accelerating sales services, alist of products and prices as well as a service. Design of Information Systems and Services Sales ofcomputer repair Iptek Batara using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, PrototypeSystem. Abstract

Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) adalah lembaga kemahasiswaan tempat berhimpunnya para mahasiswayang memiliki kesamaan minat, kegemaran, kreativitas, dan orientasi aktivitas penyaluran kegiatanekstrakulikuler di dalam kampus. Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi memiliki andil yangcukup besar bagi perguruan tinggi, hal ini dikarenakan kegiatan ekstra kurikuler dapat membentuk pribadimahasiswa yang berwawasan, bersosialisasi, beradaptasi dengan orang sekitar dan lingkungan, kreatif danmelatih diri menjadi pemimpin dalam organisasi, yang tentunya hal-hal diatas tidak didapatkan mahasiswadalam kegiatan perkuliahan didalam kelas. Penyebaran informasi kepengurusan serta keanggotaan padamasing-masing UKM belum terekam secara digital yakni masih pada lembaran kertas Surat keputusankepengurusan dan anggota, serta data kepengurusan hanya berupa nama bukan data lengkap identitasmahasiswa. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi ukm berbasis webpada Universitas Batanghari.

Abstract

Alumni merupakan produk dari suatu institusi pendidikan. Keberadaan alumni merupakan bagian integraldari perguruan tinggi atau institusi pendidikan. Melalui profil alumni (lulusan), masyarakat menilai danmembuktikan kualitas sebuah institusi pendidikan. Tracerstudydapatmenyediakaninformasiuntukkepentinganevaluasihasil pendidikan tinggidanselanjutnyadapatdigunakanuntukpenyempurnaandan penjaminankualitas lembagapendidikantinggi.Sejak berdiri hingga saat ini IAIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi telah menghasilkan kurang lebih 29.000alumni yang tersebar di berbagai daerah hingga luar negeri. Namun informasi alumni tersebut belum terdatadengan rapi, karena hampir semua data tersebut masih tersimpan dalam form berbentuk kertas hingga banyakdata yang hilang. Dan baru sebagian data yang sudah diinput kedalam program Microsoft Excel. Sehinggaakan membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam proses pencarian data maupun pelayanan administrasi. Dilihatdari hal tersebut, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi alumni (tracer study) yang dapat membantumenyelesaikan permasalahan secara efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini penulis menganalisis danmerancang sistem informasi alumni (tracer study) berbasis web, dengan harapan bisa menjadi solusidari permasalahan yang ada yaitu memudahkan dalam proses pendataan serta mendapatkan informasiyang dibutuhkan tentang alumni yang baru lulus atau yang sudah lama lulus dan tersebar ke berbagaidaerah.

Abstract

In the processing of archiving documents study program at the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Tebo,special in compile each one document to the bookself, still using manually sistem and for lecturers whoborrowed the documents study programs have to come down and look for the documents to Kaprodi, and itsmake a system running slow , so the search for documents may be less than the maximum. That why to solved itswe need a system that can archive. The document to be more courses either in the form of web. The informationsystem will be designed with the Prototype method and system modeling using object-oriented modeling that usecase diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The results of this research is to design a prototypesystem of Web-Based Records Management information At Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Tarbiyah (STIT) Tebo. With thisinformation system can minimize the problem and is expected to make it better and faster in the archiving ofdocuments.
