Abstract

Currently the sales data processing and computer repair services at Iptek Betara Kabupaten TanjungJabung Barat done conventionally causing some problems, including less extent and duration of thesales area for customer transaction process must come directly to the store to buy a product or just a listof products and prices as well as a service, in the processing of daily sales data is currently not optimal.Where the data is archived in a file and then recorded in the ledger and kept on file. To overcome thisproblem, in this study designed information system sales and web-based computer repair services areexpected to help the efficiency and effectiveness of the Iptek Betara in accelerating sales services, alist of products and prices as well as a service. Design of Information Systems and Services Sales ofcomputer repair Iptek Batara using use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, PrototypeSystem. This research resulted in the design of sales information systems and web-based computerrepair services that berakitan with sales reports, service reports, reports on orders, product data reports.For the design of Sales Information Systems and Computer Repair in Computer Science createdprototype.
