Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi jamur Trichoderma dan Mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pre nursery. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kebun Sungai Bungur Estate (SBGE), PT Prisma Cipta Mandiri yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Kikim Timur, Kabupaten Lahat, provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Rancangan percobaan faktorial yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Faktor pertama yaitu dosis jamur Trichoderma terdiri dari 4 aras yaitu dosis 0 g/bibit, dosis 5 g/bibit, dosis 10 g/bibit dan dosis 15 g/bibit, sedangkan faktor yang kedua yaitu dosis jamur Mikoriza yang terdiri dari 4 aras yaitu dosis 0 g/bibit, dosis 5 g/bibit, dosis 10 g/bibit dan dosis 15 g/bibit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada interaksi nyata antara pengaplikasian Trichoderma dan Mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit di pre nursery. Pengaplikasian Trichoderma dosis 10 g/bibit memberikan hasil yang baik pada selisih tinggi bibit umur 30 hst dan 120 hst dengan rerata 3,87 cm, rerata pertambahan tinggi bibit per minggu yaitu 0,35 cm , diameter batang kelapa sawit umur 120 hst dengan rerata 8,40 mm, selisih diameter batang 30 hst dan 120 hst yaitu 4,60 mm, rerata pertambahan diameter batang per minggu dengan rerata 0,42 mm, selisih LAI terbaik (30 hst dan 120 hst) yaitu 32,83 cm2, dan rerata pertambahan LAI terbaik bibit per minggu dengan rerata 2,98 cm2. Pengaplikasian Mikoriza dosis 10 g/bibit memberikan hasil terbaik pada semua parameter pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit, kecuali pada parameter pertumbuhan bibit kelapa sawit umur 30 hst dan rerata pertambahan jumlah daun per minggu. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui komposisi media tanam dan pupuk NPK yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah. Penelitian menggunakan pola faktorial, disusun dalam rancangan acak lengkap. Faktor pertama perbandingan komposisi media tanah : pupuk kandang : arang sekam yang terdiri dari tiga aras yaitu (1:1:0), (1:1:1) dan (2:1:1). Faktor kedua adalah macam pupuk NPK terdiri dari empat aras yaitu NPK 16-16-16, NPK 15-15-18, NPK 21-21-21+TE dan KNO3 sebagai pembanding. Setiap perlakuan diulang 3 kali sehingga diperoleh 36 satuan percobaan . Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan polybag dan dimulai bulan Januari sampai April 2021. Hasil pengamatan dianalisis dengan sidik ragam pada jenjang nyata 5 %. Apabila ada beda nyata diteruskan uji lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada jenjang nyata 5 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kombinasi terbaik pada media tanah : pupuk kandang : arang sekam (1:1:1) dengan NPK 21-21-21+TE pada tinggi tanaman, kombinasi media tanah : pupuk kandang : arang sekam (2:1:1) dengan pupuk NPK 21-21-21+TE pada berat segar tajuk dan berat segar tanaman. Komposisi media tanaman berpengaruh terhadap jumlah umbi dan berat segar akar, terbaik pada komposisi media tanam tanah : pupuk kandang : arang sekam 1:1:1 dan 2:1:1. Macam pupuk NPK berpengaruh terhadap berat segar umbi, yang terbaik pupuk NPK 21-21-21+TE.

Abstract

The application of organic fertilizers in eggplant cultivation can reduce the use of chemical fertilizers which can damage the soil in long term. The maturity of organic fertilizer to be ready for application is highly dependent on the length of the decomposition process. This study aims to determine the effect of decomposition time and dosage of goat manure on the growth and yield of eggplant plants. The research was conducted from April to June 2022 in Maguwoharjo, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This study used a factorial experiment method arranged in a completely randomized design consisting of two factors. Factor I was decomposition time consisting of 3 levels, namely: 1 month (W1); 1,5 months (W2); 2 months (W3). Factor II was the dosage of goat manure consisting of 3 levels, namely, 100 g (D1), 200 g (D2), 300 g (D3). Each treatment was repeated 6 times. Data from the study were analyzed using variance analysis and continued with DMRT test at 5% significant level. The results showed no significant interaction between the treatment of decomposition time and dosage of goat manure on all parameters. Each treatment gave a different effect on the growth and yield of eggplant plants. The best decomposition time on the parameters of leaf area is 2 months, stem diameter is 1,5 months, and root length is 1 month. The best dosage of goat manure on leaf area parameter is 200 g, while on the number of leaves and number of flowers parameter is 300 g.

Abstract

The development of oil palm plantations begins with the procurement of quality seeds. This effort is carried out through the use of mycorrhizal fungi as biological fertilizers and and improvement of seedling planting media. This study aims to determine the effect of mycorrhiza dose with the mixed composition of rice husk charcoal and top soil on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the pre-nursery. This research was a factorial experiment arranged in a completely randomized design. The composition of the planting medium consists of four levels: top soil, 25% husk charcoal with 75% humus, 50% husk charcoal plus 50% top soil, and 100% husk charcoal solely. The dose of mycorrhizal biofertilizer consists of three levels, namely: 0.5 and 10 grams per seed. The results of this study indicated that the composition of the media or the application of mycorrhizal biofertilizers had no significant effect on the growth of oil palm seedlings in prenursery. The largest seedling leaf area was produced by seedlings planted on media containing husk charcoal which was given 10 grams of mycorrhizal biofertilizer.

Abstract

The research was carried out at the Sungai Bungur Estate Plantation (SBGE), PT. Prisma Cipta Mandiri, South Sumatra Region 2, PSM 2 located in Cempaka Sari Village, East Kikim, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra. This research was conducted from March 2023 - April 2023. The research method used to analyze the results of this research was a 2-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The first factor is the type of fertilizer with 3 levels: urea 5 g/polybag, rock phosphate (RP) 50 g/polybag, NPKMg 5 g/polybag. The second factor is the composition of the planting medium with 3 levels: top soil, top soil: 1:1 manure, and top soil: 2:1 manure. Observational data Ade analyzed Alt variance at the 5% level. To find out the differences betwween treatments the Duncan’s Multiple Range Test bas continued St 5% level. The parameters observed were the increase in seedling height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, root volume, shoot fresh weight, shoot dry weight, root fresh weight, root dry weight. The results of the analysis show that the combination of applying NPKMg fertilizer with the composition of top soil planting media: manure 2:1 shows that there is a real interaction on the parameters of shoot dry weight, root fresh weight and root dry weight.
