Abstract

This research examines”public service Innovation through digitalizatio tecnology in Banyumas Regency”. Implementation of service inovationin the dindukcapil Banyumas Regency in the from of online service related to population administration which can be accessed by the people of Banyumas regency through the website gratiskabeh,banyumaskab.go.id. service through the website certainly changes the service system that can be accesed online. However, after the implementation of online services, now people can easily accessservice through a website which of course can be accessed using a smartphone. The method used is qualitative with descriptive technique. The results of this study idicate, based on descriptive analysis, it can concluded that the quality of innovation in E-Government service in population administration service at the population aand civil registration office of BanyumasRegency is good, seen from the dimensions of optimal efficiency, optimal dimensions of truts, realibitily dimensions And optimal dimensions of citizen support that are able to have a positive impact on fulfilling interest through public services based on digitalization tecnology.. Keywords: Innovation, Service, Digitalization Tecnology.ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini mengkaji mengenai “Inovasi pelayanan publik melalui teknologi digitalisasi di Kabupaten Banyumas”. Pelaksanaan inovasi pelayanan di Dindukcapil Kabupaten Banyumas berupa pelayanan online terkait administrasi kependudukan yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Banyumas melalui website gratiskabeh.banyumaskab.go.id. Pelayanan melalui website tentunya mengubah sistem pelayanan yang dapat diakses seacra online. Namun setelah diberlakukannya pelayanan online, kini masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengakses pelayanan melalui website yang tentunya bisa diakses menggunakan smartphone. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan teknik deskripsi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, berdasarkan analisis deskriptif dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kualitas inovasi Layanan E-Government Pada Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyumas baik, dilihat dari dimensi efisiensi yang optimal, dimensi kepercayaan (trust) yang optimal, dimensi keandalan (reliability) yang optimal dan dimensi dukungan warga (citizen support) yang optimal yang mampu memeberikan dampak yang positif dalam pemenuhan kepentingan melalui pelayanan publik yang berbasis pada teknologi digitalisasi.  Kata Kunci: Inovasi, Pelayanan, teknologi Digitalisasi.

Abstract

Increasing national waste volumes are causing significant environmental and public health issues. There is a need for policy innovation to tackle waste management issues. This research aims to understand new methods that led to formulating national-level policies to reduce waste. A literature review was used as the research method to understand how policy innovation can be used further to reduce the volume of waste. Searches were made in Google Scholar and Scopus with the keywords "policy innovation" and "waste reduction." The new methods derived from the research and the formulation of the framework can be brought into use by the authorities. The results of the research provided a framework for innovative waste-reduction policies. The framework was developed using Technical Regulations, Public Private Partnerships, Circular Economy and Incentive-Disincentive Policies. Technical Regulations provide the legislation and technical foundation for proper waste management. Public-private partnerships ensure that private sector expertise and resources are used in such a way that sustainability goals can be met. Circular Economy details ways how consumption of resources can be altered to make it more sustainable and reduce wastage. Incentive-Disincentive Policies are used to enforce a particular behavior or acceptance of a policy. These frameworks can be helpful for the government and stakeholders to understand how innovative steps can be implemented to solve waste problems and how sustainable development can be used to catch up with the national waste crisis.
