Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan di kalurahan Condongcatur yaitu mendorong partisipasi masyarakat untuk membangun desanya sendiri dan agar menjadi lebih baik dan keterlibatan masyarakat harus aktif dalam pembangunan. Berawal dari temuan tersebut, peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan di Kalurahan Condongcatur, Kapanewon Depok, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Untuk menjelaskan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan, penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan pemilihan informan sesuai dengan tujuan peneliti ini. Pemerintah kalurahan Condongcatur dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat secara umum sudah paham kegiatan pembangunan yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun. Partisipasi masyarakat terlibat cukup aktif, namun belum mampu memberikan data dan informasi menyeluruh. Dalam melaksanakan strategi pemerintah kalurahan Condongcatur mengalami kendala yang meliputi kurangnya anggaran dana dan kesadaran masyarakat yang belum optimal.

Abstract

Poverty in Widodomartani is still classified as high poverty for about 9 % of its villagers. Central, local, and the village-level government tried to solve this issue. In 2013, Widodomartani Village received some programs to control the poverty from Indonesia Ministry of Social Affair launching the Kelompok Usaha Bersama Fakir Miskin (KUBE FM) program. The implementation of the KUBE FM Program needs assistance from all parties, thus it can be going well. Widodomatani Village-head (Lurah) is one of the policymakers who can assist the KUBE FM Program. The village head has some authority to run the program, one of which is society’s empowerment. Hence, the village head’s assistance in KUBE FM Program could help reduce and/or remove poverty in Widodomartani.

Abstract

This paper elaborates on Tacit-governing food buffer systems in Mentawai island, Tinungglu. Tinungglu is the old system of agriculture system of the Mentawai People, especially on Siberut Island. its role as a buffer stock food system when their life is in a vulnerable situation. This analysis focused on looking at three significant sets of variables contributing to the governability of societal entities, including the natural resources valued by those entities: those entities considered a system-to-be-governed (SG), those governing these entities, labeled the governance system (GS), and the interrelation between these two, worked out in terms of governing relations or interactions (GI). Finally, its results identify the area of governability whereas the intersection among government and traditional systems on tinungglu.

Abstract

The implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 104 of 2021 concerning food security in Plawikan Village, Jogonalan District, Klaten Regency itself creates food security by providing stimulants of various vegetable seeds and seeds and chicken livestock to all RTs in Plawikan Village in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 104 of 2021, which mandates food and animal security programs 20% of the Village Fund. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The subjects were the city government and local delegates. The object of study is the City Government's Strategy in expanding food security after the Corona pandemic. Information collection procedures use interview, perception, and documentation strategies. Information investigation procedures through information selection, information presentation, information decline, and purpose. The results showed that (1) the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 104 of 2021 in Plawikan Village, Jogonalan District, Klaten Regency was carried out through communication, resources, and dispositions or attitudes, and bureaucratic structures. The geographical and geological location of Indonesia is very vulnerable to the threat of various types of natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, landslides, floods, droughts, disease outbreaks and other social disasters. Condongcatur Village, Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region responded to the existing conditions by forming a Disaster Preparedness Village (KSB) on October 20, 2022. This research was conducted to describe the disaster potential and potential resources supporting the existence of a disaster preparedness village in the Condongcatur Sub-district and to find out the response of the Condongcatur community in facing disasters. This research uses mixed methods. The object of this research is the disaster potential in the Condongcatur sub-district area, the potential supporting resources of KSB and the community's response and the subjects in this research are the Head of Condongcatur KSB, Condongcatur KSB Team and Condongcatur community. Data collection methods were conducted through interviews and observations with the selection of informants in accordance with the objectives of this study.
