Abstract

The title of this writing is Pastoral PerformanceTechnology. Technology is all hardware and software things of technology. Technology can be used to facilitate human activities without exception. Performance is achievement, in meaning quality and quantity of human as a personal or organization achievement. Pastoral is all apostolic activities of the catholic Church consist of teaching task, proclaiming task, sanctifying task and leading task for the people of the church. The main question of this writing is what is the main contribution of Pastoral Performance Technology to pastoral activities. That is why, the purpose of this writing is to describe and explain pastoral performance technology and its contribution in apostolic activities of the Church. Pastoral Performance technology gives contribution to facilitate a systematic planning in pastoral activities and systemic results. The Second Concilium of the Vatican advised the church to use technology in apostolic/pastoral activities. Contribution of pastoral performance technology is all pastoral activities must be started of planning, development, using, management and evaluation of pastoral activity. Pastoral pattern in spirit of pastoral performance technology is holistic integrative pastoral.

Abstract

The title of this writing is teacher’s competence on the educationaltechnology application in the school. The aim of this writing is to describethe implementation of educational technology is school to spur and totrigger the learning and instruction in classroom. competence is qualityof performance of teacher. the Teacher is the man who stands in front ofthe class and to teach the students in the class. Application of educationaltechnology need the competence of the teacher or operator of classespecially during the pandemic covid nineteen which struck around theworld. The presence and the existence of educational technology is thebest choice for doing learning and instructional work in school. Duringpandemic covid nineteen, Learning and instruction is no more directedin the school as usually or normal situation but during the pandemiccovid learning and instruction is talked on by media technology like bycellphone, using zoom application, zoom class application, google classapplication, teleconference class application, long distance learning andinstruction application, virtual class application and by homeschooling.A school at home. The use of those applications need skill or competenceof the teacher.The main contribution of educational technology is tofacilitate the student for learning and instruction besides to spur, andto trigger learning and instruction activities of the students.

Abstract

The nation live and social civilized must be built from inside. It means the quality of heart and mental of human are the most important thing. So, the charater person is necesarried. It can help in building the character of nation. The pastoral agent should have some qualities, originaland positive character in order totake a part ofnation building. In this article, Vinsen Nase explains about character building ofpastoral agent. Character building is to buid the character of pastoral agent and it is so important for them. Pastoral agents are man and woman that work in serving the religious community and Cahatholic Church. Characater building go hand in hand with mental revolution. What kind of character that belongs to pastoral agent? In case of pastoral agent, the required character comprises of physic, intelectual, emtional and social maturity. All those characters are required in serving the society. Character building could be built through organization, education, family and media.
