Abstract

Rights and obligations arise from the practice of valid marriage. Therefore, each couple must fulfill their rights and obligations equitably. However, many couples struggle to perform these duties effectively due to various factors, including personal limitations that hinder their ability to meet their rights and obligations, often stemming from the incomplete or impaired functioning of one or more body parts. This research aims to explore the efforts made by disabled spouses to fulfill their rights and obligations and the impact of these efforts on family resilience. The study employs field research, utilizing an empirical approach and data collection techniques such as interviews and sampling. The findings indicate that the endeavors of disabled couples to fulfill their rights and obligations are remarkable. Husbands are willing to work hard to provide for their households, demonstrating care and commitment to family responsibilities. Meanwhile, wives also actively seek additional income and show obedience and respect towards their husbands. These efforts have positive implications for the resilience of their households.

Abstract

Marriage in Islam has a religious meaning that is very high in value and important in human life, because marriage is a form of basic human needs, also included in the holy agreement between men and women. The purpose of this research is to find out the reasons why people still carry out the Merarik custom. This type of research is normative empirical legal research, the data sources needed in this research are divided into two sources, namely primary and secondary data sources, while data collection techniques use document studies and interviews. The data analysis in this research uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study explain that in the tradition of the Lombok people a proposal is replaced by the term Merarik, this is a hereditary tradition besides being done by proposing. The memaling tradition in Merarik is carried out as a form of society still holding customs that show the masculinity of a man rather than proposing directly which sometimes in the Sasak community it is a form of demeaning the parents of women.

Abstract

influence between the BI-7 Day Repo Rate, Exports, and Inflation Rate on Indonesia’s Foreign Exchange Reserves in 2020-2022. There are 36 data samples that are the object of research. Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves are the dependent variable while exports, BI-7 Day Repo Rate, and inflation rate are the independent variables. Before conducting various linear regression analysis tests to see how the independent variables impact the dependent variable, the researchers first conducted a classical assumption test. The results showed that Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves are affected by exports, BI-7 Day Repo Rate, and inflation rate. However, exports have a positive and significant impact on Indonesia’s foreign exchange reserves, while inflation and BI-7 Day Repo Rate have a negative and significant impact on foreign exchange reserves.
