Abstract

Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa diperlukannya inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis digital. Penelitian literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi apa saja yang telah berkembang dan faktor-faktor apa saja yang harus diperhatikan dari inovasi pelayanan berbasis online. Tulisan ini merupakan literature review dari artikel penelitian. Review ini menggunakan metode evaluasi yang diawali dengan pertanyaan penelitian “Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Digital?”. Penelusuran artikel melalui Google Scholar dengan kata kunci yang digunakan Inovasi Pelayanan Publik Berbasis Digital. Kriteria artikel yang digunakan yaitu dipublikasikan 5 tahun terakhir yaitu dari 2018 sampai 2022, jurnal mempunyai judul dan isi yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian, full text, dan keterkaitan dengan inovasi pelayanan publik. Hasil rewiew didapatkan adanya inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis digital sangat membantu dalam mekanisme penyelenggaraaan pelayanan publik, juga menjadi salah satu bentuk terobosan baru dalam proses reformasi administrasi dan birokrasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi literature ini, ditemukan beberapa hal yang harus sangat di perhatikan dari inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis online yaitu : faktor pendukung inovasi, faktor pendukung implementasi, penilaian dalam kualitas pelayanan publik dan kekurangan dalam inovasi pelayanan publik berbasis online yang berlandaskan pada teori-teori ahli untuk penilaiannya. Abstract

Data sorting is a fundamental process in managing sales information within micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The choice of an appropriate sorting algorithm significantly impacts the efficiency of information systems, particularly in terms of execution time and the number of comparisons. This study aims to compare the performance of two classic sorting algorithms—Bubble Sort and Insertion Sort—in sorting MSME sales data. A quantitative experimental method was employed, with testing conducted on datasets ranging from 100 to 10,000 transactions under three initial data conditions: random, ascending, and descending. The results indicate that Insertion Sort consistently outperforms Bubble Sort in both execution time and the number of comparisons, especially for small to medium-sized data. Insertion Sort also demonstrates better adaptability to partially sorted data. Based on these findings, Insertion Sort is recommended for use in MSME sales information systems where data volumes are relatively small to moderate. This study also opens opportunities for further research on more advanced algorithms for large-scale data processing in the future.

Abstract

Stress is a common psychological condition that often goes unrecognized in its early stages. If left unaddressed, it can negatively impact both physical and mental health. In response to this issue, this study developed a chatbot capable of performing an initial self-diagnosis of stress symptoms. The system was built using the backward chaining method, which enables reasoning to begin from a diagnostic conclusion and trace back to supporting facts. The implementation utilized Python as the programming language and diagnostic rules based on commonly observed symptoms. Initial testing indicated that the chatbot is responsive and able to provide relevant stress level indications based on user input. Its simple interface ensures ease of use for the general public. The application of backward chaining has proven effective in supporting early stress detection without the need for direct consultation with professionals.
